00:00He follows Lucy more than anybody.
00:04I don't know who looks for who, but they're never really that far from each other.
00:09Every morning, Lucy wants to go into the garage.

00:14So then, Tyson wakes up.

00:18And then I let him out.
00:20And then I open the door and they both go out together.
00:24They hang out in the driveway. It's like so weird.
00:28I'm like, what are you guys doing?
00:31My uncle, he's like, I found this baby bird.
00:34And I was like, I don't know what to do with a baby bird.
00:37I had to learn how to feed a baby pigeon from YouTube videos.
00:41Probably about three days in, started trying to feed him in the grass.
00:44She'd come over and sit with us.
00:48Then he'd go up and look at her and they just hung out near each other.
00:54She lays under the tree and hangs out by him.
00:57She doesn't love when he tries to ride on our back.
01:00I think he startles her.
01:02We started practicing flying.
01:04One day he flew across the patio.
01:07And then he just started like doing a little bit.
01:11I feel like he is a wild bird.
01:13He should be able to live his life.
01:15He can come in and out as he pleases, but he doesn't go anywhere.
01:18The one day I couldn't find her for a half an hour.
01:22I was sobbing.
01:23I come back and she's sitting on the front porch.
01:25He's so funny.
01:27He walks around the house.
01:29He looks in the windows.
01:31Like she'll go and fly.
01:34And then she comes back.
01:39We thought it was a boy.
01:40I'm pretty sure it's a girl.
01:42Lucy, she's amazing.
01:45We've only had her since November.
01:47She came in the shelter as a stray.
01:49She's so chill here.
01:51We walk to our pond together and he flies next to her.
01:55The pigeon's like the annoying toddler little sister.
01:59And this is like the cool teenage one.
02:01And she's like, yeah, I like you, but don't tell anybody.
02:05My husband and I always talk about this property being overwhelmingly peaceful.
02:11I feel like the animals feel it too.
