00:13at the keeper's residence at St Mary's Lighthouse in Whitley Bay, which now operates as a visitor centre.
00:21Planning documents have stated that the work would be carefully considered to avoid damaging the Grade 2 listed landmark

00:32The Northumberland Wildlife Trust has raised no objections, but has urged the council to ensure the work does not increase light levels
