00:00Christmas, you can never celebrate too early. I love Christmas.
00:03No, definitely the 2nd of January. Christmas preparations start again.
00:06Like, they never come down. They should always be up.
00:08I think Christmas is like the best thing.
00:10You can always see the lights in Leeds if they don't come down.
00:12At work, we do, we've got a lot of Christmas music on.
00:16Yeah. So, you know, we all just get to listen.
00:19We all hop around singing and everything.
00:21No, I love it.
00:22I love going under the lights and everything like that
00:24and walking through Town Square and everything with all the lights up.
00:27That's really fun to see.
00:28It's coming about earlier and earlier every year.
00:30Well, we do, we say that, but 10 years ago, it was still August really, wasn't it?
00:34Personally, I feel like August is still summer
00:36and we should maybe be reining it in a little bit, to be honest.
00:39I feel like a reasonable time to start celebrating is probably early, mid-November.
00:44But there's never an early enough time to start getting Christmas presents and stuff right.
00:49I'm always like three days before Christmas, I'm racing around to get everything right.
00:53I've seen some shops do it like straight after Halloween.
00:56I think their most appropriate time would be midway through November.
00:59So you've got a month to prepare, not like in September.
01:02I don't think it should really start till December.
01:05But I work in clothing retail, so obviously we get our party clothes in,
01:10but that's, you know, that's slightly different because people are buying for New Year as well
01:14and sort of office parties.
01:16But yeah, far too early.
01:18Wait, at least wait till after Guy Fawkes.
01:21Even just all the fairs and everything.
01:23It's just a really good time to like bring your family together and have like a great Christmas.
01:27And I think buying for people is really fun.
01:28Like it just makes me really happy.
