In this video, we show you how to make a cheesy dirty martini quiche that has all of the savory flavors of the classic cocktail with a crisp golden potato shell on the outside. Plain olive brine is used in the creamy egg custard while gin-soaked olives can be found throughout this brunch specialty. Serve with a side salad and enjoy.

00:04But when you're combining bases and flavors like this, you really need to find a bridge.
00:08And this quiche finds it with the cheese.
00:10Easily my favorite part of a dirty martini is going to be the blue cheese olive.
00:13This one has that funky gorgonzola, but it also brings in parmesan and fontina.
00:18And in the end, it has this really cute retro kind of look.
00:22And it ends up being this cheesy, salty custard that's better than anything I could have imagined.
