00:07Care organisation St Anne's Community Services is seeking council approval to convert Dinelli House in Chapel Ullerton.

00:15The two-storey Victorian building on Ullerton Hill previously operated as a 24-bed residential care home.

00:23A design report says the property would be used as a treatment facility with no major physical changes planned

00:28and existing rooms continuing to be used.

00:32The site is described as sustainable with good walking, cycling and bus links.

00:38Leeds City Council is now considering the change of use planning application with a decision expected shortly.
