01:37In Venezuela, the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice ordered Vice

01:41President Dópez Rodríguez to assume the position of president in charge of the country.

01:47The highest judicial body has shown that the decision is based on guaranteeing the continuity

01:52of the state following the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro by the United States.

01:56In this regard, the Constitutional Chamber described Rodríguez's assumption of the executive power

02:02as preventive, clarifying that Nicolás Maduro continues to be the constitutional president

03:48of the Republic, Delci Rodriguez, immediately assume responsibility as president in charge

03:53of the Republic.

03:57It is ordered that citizen Delci Elena Rodriguez Gomez, executive vice president of the Republic,

04:08assume an exercise in the capacity of acting president, all the powers, duties, and faculties

04:13as inherent to the office of president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with the purpose

04:38of war perpetrated by the United States government against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in

04:46In a statement on its official website, this integration platform announced the following.

04:51We denounce this illegal military aggression and demand immediate proof of life for constitutional

04:56president, Nicolás Maduro Moro, as well as his immediate and unconditional release and absolute

05:03respect for his physical, political, and moral integrity.

05:07This act constitutes an extremely serious international crime, a flagrant violation of international law,

05:14and a direct threat to peace in Latin America and the Caribbean.

14:45In Uruguay, social movements and political forces condemned the attacks carried out by the United States against Venezuela.

14:52Social movements and political forces joined their mobilizations, rejecting the U.S. aggression against Venezuela

14:58and the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro along with first combatant Celia Flores.

15:03They also condemned the aggressions against the Venezuelan people and their military bases.

15:08Social movements urged respect for international law and Venezuela's sovereignty.

15:13Well, first of all, there is enormous concern, not only about what is happening in Venezuela, but also about the subsequent consequences.

15:29This will surely have for the Venezuelan people themselves, for ordinary people in the streets,

15:34because the costs are always borne by civilians who are not military, and that is what worries us most.

15:40In addition, knowing that for Uruguay it will be a difficult stage in 2026, since we will preside over nothing less than CELAC plus G77, plus China,

15:51I believe this presents a very complex political scenario for a country that has experienced ups and downs in national policy.

15:59And with respect to Venezuela, I believe that anyone who does not understand that they are coming for all of us in Latin America,

16:14Well, beyond knowing the savagery that the U.S. government has against the peoples of the world,

16:21we were distressed by the images we saw, but we are also strong and convinced that the Latin American people will rise up and resist this together with the Venezuelan people,

16:30for the sovereignty and peace of our continent.

16:33That is why we are here at the Venezuelan Embassy, coordinating a space of solidarity with Venezuela.

16:40The empire has become more aggressive with its periphery, and therefore it intensifies in a brutal way,

16:52in some manner consolidating the pulverization of the rules-based world.

16:56The rules-based world was mortally wounded after the genocide in Gaza.

17:08This action against Latin America is an aggression that also puts most of the country's ambassadors in check.

17:14In Mexico, there is a Marine who quickly identifies the danger that Mexico represents today,

17:20with respect to the new excursion to appropriate the central geopolitical space for the empire's interests,

17:26which is drug trafficking.

17:28There is no possibility of being contingent.

17:30I believe that the contingent must be one of rejection, condemnation, solidarity,

17:35and the actions of today's intersocial mobilizations convening in the plaza.

17:40This mobilization must be the beginning of a series of mobilizations in defense of peace,

18:00Now in Argentina, members of the Human Rights Organization meeting of memory, truth, and justice

18:06called for a protest against the attacks perpetrated by the United States against the legitimate Venezuelan government.

18:12In response to the imperialist aggression of the Trump administration against Venezuela,

18:16the organization expresses total condemnation.

18:19It also called for a march to the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires to denounce their real terrorism.

18:25In this mobilization, it is being held under the slogan

18:30Yankees out of the Caribbean and all of Latin America.

18:33Other left-wing movements in the country are joining the call,

18:59In addition, several organizations in Paraguay mobilized in protest against the United States' attacks on Venezuela.

19:11peasant trade unions and left-wing political organizations in Paraguay

19:15called for immediate protest actions expressing their energetic and categorical rejection of the military attack,

19:23describing Washington's actions as a threat to peace and stability in the region.

19:28Asunción was the epicenter of protest in the front of the U.S. Embassy

19:32and at the National Heroes' Pantheon, where protesters denounced a flagrant violation of regional sovereignty

19:39and criticized the Paraguayan government's silence in the face of these events.

19:50Also in the United States, citizens mobilized to condemn the attacks authorized by President Donald Trump against Venezuela

19:56and demanded the cessation of these operations, denouncing the risk of a regional war.

20:01In New York and Washington, D.C., several international solidarity organizations and activist groups

20:07mobilized to condemn Washington's interventionist attacks on Venezuelan territory,

20:12accepting that they represent a violation of the United Nations' international law.

20:16On the other hand, in the city of Philadelphia,

20:19leaders of the Venezuelan community expressed their concern about the legality

20:24of this large-scale military operation launched by the White House

20:29and the humanitarian consequences of the bombings.

20:32In this regard, Congressional representatives also condemned the use of force without legislative authorization.
