00:03Fix it fast.

00:04If you hit the Woodfire flavor button and change your mind, you can only turn it off

00:08under certain conditions.

00:09Here's exactly when you can and can't cancel it.

00:12Step 1.

00:13Check the ignition cycle progress.

00:15You can cancel Woodfire flavor only if the pellet ignition is less than 75% complete.

00:20On the display, that's when the progress bar is still partially empty.

00:23Step 2.

00:24Turn it off before preheat starts.

00:26Once the ignition finishes and the oven switches to the preheat cycle, the pellets are already

00:30burning.

00:31At this stage, you can't cancel Woodfire flavor until the next cook.

00:35Step 3.

00:36Cancel it correctly.

00:37If you're still in the ignition cycle, press the Woodfire flavor button again.

00:40The icon will turn off, and the oven will continue without smoke.

00:43Step 4.

00:44Skip pellets for your next cook.

00:46If you don't want smoke next time, don't press the Woodfire flavor button.

00:49No ignition, no pellets.

00:51And always let pellets cool fully before removing the smoke box and tossing the ash, taking it

00:56out while still hot, is a burn and fire hazard.

00:59Step 5.

01:00Store pellets properly.

01:02Pellets burn best and ignite quickly when they're completely dry.

01:05Keep them in a sealed, weatherproof container so you only get smoke when you want it.
