00:00Coach, the Rose Bowl has inclement weather, bed, rain in the forecast.
00:06Potentially, it could be a wet track.
00:08Kaelin DeBoer and this Alabama offense are struggling running the football.
00:13What do you think he's going to do from just a game plan perspective,
00:17knowing that potentially the wet track can neutralize his team's speed?
00:22Well, the biggest thing is that he needs to run the ball,
00:25because right now he's got a team that probably checks the most boxes in Indiana.
00:29And Ty Simpson has to have a perfect game.
00:32And that usually means throwing the football,
00:34because you can't run that well against Indiana, and they don't run that well anyway.
00:40But you know what?
00:41If it's not pouring rain or the ground's a little bit soft,
00:44it goes to the advantage of the receiver who knows the route he's going to run.
00:48It's going to take a couple of explosive plays by Alabama,
00:52and they've got good receivers, and they've got a quarterback that can throw the football.
00:55They won't be able to run.
00:57They've got to hit some explosive plays.
00:59But I personally think Indiana checks the most boxes.
01:02They're fundamentally the most sound football team.
01:05Offense, defense, run, pass.
01:07This game, to me, of all the games, has the biggest chance of being a blowout.
01:11But with the rain coming, that may change that.
01:13But I still think Alabama is not a complete team without that running attack.
01:18And Indiana right now is a complete football team.
01:20And I still like Indiana to cover.
01:22Coach, we're not worried about any rain down there in New Orleans.
01:26That game will be played in a dome.
01:27You are live on location.
01:29So give us a little vibe for this Ole Miss-Georgia game.
01:31And also, what do you like on the outcome of this one?
01:34Well, you know, of course, I think Georgia-Tobby is my pick to play for the national championship
01:38because they've gotten better and better.
01:41Now, I've bumped into a lot of players.
01:43I've bumped into the fans.
01:44They're comfortably nervous.
01:47They're comfortably prepared.
01:49They're not overconfident.
01:51They know how hard they had a chance against Ole Miss.
01:54And then they watched that game last night.
01:55So I think the team will be ready to play.
01:57And that's the strength of Georgia.
01:59They have gotten better and better and better.
02:02Kirby's the best, probably, postseason coach, late season coach.
02:06Then Ole Miss, all the changes.
02:08We're only a day away from the portal.
02:10The portal starts tomorrow.
02:12Now, they're the only team to play off that the head coach left.
02:14And your assistant coaches don't know where they're going to work.
02:17And like it or not, players are being contacted.
02:19I think they can only be, whatever they are, they're going to be a little bit less than what
02:23they were.
02:23Whatever Georgia was, they're a little bit better.
02:26And I think that's going to be the difference.
02:28Georgia, less distractions.
02:29I love Ole Miss.
02:30If they get hot and they get explosive, they can do it.
02:33But there's just too many things that have gone on on the outside for them to hang with Georgia.
02:37And then simply, let's go around the outside.
02:39Let's just stretch in the back.
02:40Let's go.
02:40Let's go.
02:42Let's go.
02:43Let's go.
02:45Let's go.
02:46Let's go.
