00:08Saturday. Consular Marlon Shua reported that Ana Paula Hall, president of the
00:13National Electoral Council, and Cosette Lopez unilaterally suspended the
00:18plenarization of the body schedule for 7 p.m. local time without any explanation.
00:24Furthermore, the European Union electoral mission denounced an
00:28intentional paralysis of the vote counting process while the verification
00:33boards of the Libre Party and the Libera Party raised alarms about threats from
00:38military personnel preventing them from carrying out their duties. In this regard
00:42Consular Marlon Shua has called the process as the dirtiest in the country's
00:47history.
