00:09changed entire economies at least temporarily and if you ask some super swifties may have
00:21even changed some lives the aerosaur has danced through sold-out stadiums in 50 cities on five
00:28continents the highest grossing tour of all time stretching 633 days and rocketing Swift from
00:40megastar to cultural phenomenon it is the end of an era if you can believe it Taylor Swift will
00:48end her record-shattering eras tour this weekend we are just one day away from Taylor Swift kicking
00:56off her final eras tour shows are you ready for it
01:26three left that's it I don't know how I'm gonna feel but I also really don't know how other people are
01:52gonna feel but they're gonna need me to respond in a way that supports however it is that they feel
01:57at any given moment so I'm just sort of bracing myself for how do you feel I feel so proud but
02:10so ready like so ready for this this is the perfect ending
02:14this show created a bonding experience for like 70,000 people all at once and I don't know how
02:26that happened there are times where you make something so cool and you know it's cool and
02:42you're really proud of it but you're flying into the wind and you're just always up against some
02:49friction then there's times these very rare instances where you make something and the wind is at your
02:54back somehow culture and timing and whatever mood there is out in the world about you that you
03:02can't control all lines up for this to go well
03:09so many unbelievable memories in this tour but my favorite one is seeing you in
03:39concert for the first time being memorized mesmerized and swept off my feet by a woman who
03:44doesn't even know me I selfishly say thank you for creating this legendary tour and to Robert for

08:18one word to describe the heiress tour
08:22magical
08:22I might not have one
08:25but maybe a few
08:26it would be remarkable
08:28and phenomenal
08:31it's just joyous
08:33it's just like a celebration
08:34of all that's happy in the world
08:36this is an unprecedented big

08:48in my physical body
08:49it
08:49forever
08:51what I'm gonna miss most
08:56um
08:58family
09:00the family dynamic
09:03is like genuinely
09:04like something I've never
09:06um
09:07I don't know
09:08I've completely changed
09:10and grown
09:11just being around
09:12so many positive examples
09:14I feel
09:15like I have
09:16lifelong connections
09:17with everyone
09:18I didn't expect
09:20to get close
09:22with this many people
09:23there's not a person
09:24that you won't
09:25get along with it
09:26and there's not a person
09:27that you can't be
09:28alone with
09:28and still have
09:29the best time
09:30I have the most supportive team
09:31I could ever have
09:33you can't really ask
09:34for much more
09:34this was an amazing
09:36group of dancers
09:38and the chemistry
09:38with the band
09:39and we were all
09:40very aware
09:41of the magic
09:42that this tour
09:43was able to capture
09:44I'm gonna miss
09:46going on stage
09:47every night
09:48with this band
09:49that I've known
09:49for 15 years
09:51being able to
09:52be up there
09:53with this group of people
09:54spreading all this joy
09:56and positivity
09:56it is a joy fest
09:58and I'm here for it
09:59we're so proud
10:00to be here
10:01to be working with Taylor
10:02to be working with each other
10:03we are in this together
10:05that's what she said to us
10:07on that first day
10:08just shaking hands
10:09and saying
10:09hi I'm Taylor
10:10she is like a legend
10:11this tour
10:12this boss
10:13has like made us feel
10:15seen, worthy
10:16and like
10:17treated with the utmost respect
10:19it's nice
10:20to have
10:21a friend
10:22no way
10:42stop
10:43I remember my first show
11:01and Taylor said to me
11:04Jan, you're gonna be
11:05the first one
11:06who's gonna open
11:07just be ready for that
11:09I'm waiting
11:12and all you can see
11:14it's the doors going up
11:15I'm like still confident
11:20walking forward
11:21and when I open
11:24and people were screaming
11:29and all you can see
11:30is just slides
11:31it's like
11:32I can't even describe it
11:34I know that I was
11:36holding my tears
11:37the first time
11:38I never felt
11:43this energy before
11:44and it's weird to say
11:46and I know that
11:46after every job
11:48when you're done
11:48you're saying
11:49oh
11:49that was the one
11:50that was the one
11:51but I think
11:52this one is the one
11:54okay
12:00you guys
12:03this is our last
12:05first show
12:05of a weekend
12:06for me
12:08this is our victory lap
12:09yeah
12:09we did the hard shit
12:11the scary things
12:12the ups
12:13the downs
12:13we did all that
12:14I couldn't be happier
12:17to get to play
12:18this last first night
12:19with you
12:20it's probably the happiest
12:21I've ever been
12:21on a first night
12:22because it's the last one
12:24oh god
12:27here we go
12:28one first thing
12:29deep breath
12:29everybody
12:30because I know
12:30we're all
12:31feeling a little buzzy
12:32so in
12:32and out
12:36okay
12:40I was
12:42you know
12:43thinking about
12:43change
12:44and
12:44we have a big one
12:45coming up
12:46which is the end
12:47of this
12:47but
12:48when I think about
12:49what change means
12:50that's what eras are
12:52eras are
12:53evolutions
12:54and
12:55they are meant
12:56to come to an end
12:57in some ways
12:58but this will always
12:59have been
12:59our eras era
13:01I'm just so proud
13:02of you guys
13:03and I can't believe
13:03that we've done it
13:04it's just so
13:05amazing
13:06and I love you guys
13:06so let's go out there
13:14and
13:14fuck shit up
13:16fuck it up
13:17up
13:17up
13:19up
13:23This tour will live on as probably the pinnacle, foremost important thing that I've done.
13:50I get very depressed about pop culture's obsession with youth culture, and we designate extremely
13:58young people to be the ones who have to tell us where culture is going, and then the idea
14:03that an artist had, in my case, the privilege of developing to the point where you're in
14:09your 30s and you do know yourself a bit more, and then you were able to make the thing that
14:14they'll know you for.
14:16There's something very special about that.
14:18This was a seismic, momentous period of time in my life and in the lives of the performers
14:32and the crew members and anyone who this tour touched.
14:35And it's never going to happen again this way.
14:49I think for most of us, this is bigger than we ever thought it would be.
15:05When I went through treatment and I was away from it, I would play the show all the time.
15:11I would watch it on TV, and I'd sing along and remember the good feels that I felt when
15:17I was there.
15:19It's more than just a job, it's more than just a show.
15:22It's what we are, and just the joy and the magic that happens in that space.
15:29It's just magical.
15:32I think it's just such a beautiful blessing that we all get to do, and yeah, I never wanted
15:39to end.
15:40You and Gracie are going to do another duet because we just can't stop.
15:56Hi.
15:57How are you doing?
15:58I'm really good.
15:59Oh.
16:00That's just the way life goes, truly riding down.
16:03Our boat will lay on the horn to prove that it haunts me.
16:15I love you, I'm sorry.
16:19Then you do the harmony.
16:43You were the best, but you were the worst, as sick as it sounds.
16:47I was a dick, it is what it is.
16:50I happened to give the angel curse me wrong again.
16:54I'll watch your life in pictures like I used to watch you sleep.
17:02And I'll feel you forget me like I used to feel you breathe.
17:10And I'll keep up with our old friends just to ask them how you are.
17:19Yeah, just like.
17:20Hope it's nice where you are.
17:23Then I'll leave that for you.
17:24I love you, I'm sorry.
17:26I'm in a full body sweat, this is disgusting.
17:31I know, I know, I know, I know.
17:32I feel it's really, it's so disgusting under my shirt.
17:35Oh, it's so good.
17:36I'm so excited.
17:37This is better than any of the ones that we've done.
17:38Yeah, yeah, this is.
17:39That's why, that's why our bodies are reacting this way.
17:41I know, it's a chemical reaction.
17:42They're completely, they're completely just like, guys.
17:46Oh God, okay.
17:47We saved the best for last, oh my God.
17:49I know it's gross to hug it at this point.
17:51No, it's good.
17:52I love you.
17:53The light and the joy that she has provided.
17:58There's just been nothing like this cultural phenomenon in a tour ever.
18:03It's like, changed people's lives.
18:09The people who came to these shows wanted to have a good experience
18:13and wanted others to have a good experience too.
18:16There's something very pure about that.
18:19Those fans, seeing them get dressed the way that they do,
18:25seeing them make the effort to commune with each other,
18:30to help each other.
18:32It is that sense of truly connecting with each other.
18:36I think that's the thing that compelled people
18:38to make such a big deal out of the heirs tour.
18:40Yes, it's a pretty fricking cool show,
18:43but you know what else is really cool about it?
18:45Everybody who comes to it.
18:47Hearing the stories about the positivity rush that people felt,
18:51talking about how they blacked out during the show
18:53and they just got this euphoric rush of joy that felt chemical.
18:58I specifically created this tour on a molecular level
19:03to make people feel that sense of escape,
19:06but to have it land like that, you're like, yes!
19:10I probably spend more time looking at the audience
19:13than I do looking at the show.
19:15It's really fulfilling and her outreach and the fan base
19:18and community that she's grown.
19:20What more could you ask for in a career?
19:22Every person in that audience hopefully is being shaped positively
19:33in some way by something that they see,
19:36or something that they hear,
19:38or something that they feel during that three and a half hours.
19:40The 22 moment stems from a hat that I wore on the red tour.
19:48So I wanted to really bring back that moment of,
19:51of just kind of like have a moment with a fan
19:55where I actually like get close with them.
19:58What's so interesting about that moment every night
20:11is I never know what kid I'm going to meet.
20:14I've got people in the audience scouring the crowd
20:18for the first couple of eras,
20:20trying to find a kid who knows every single word to the songs,
20:23and having the time of their life at this show.
20:26Because that kid basically is like a representative
20:28of every kid in that crowd that night.
20:30It could be like a little kid that gets really shy
20:35when all of a sudden they're seeing 60,000 people
20:37for the first time,
20:38or it could be there are kids that just like bloom
20:40under the bright lights and they're just like,
20:42oh my God, I'm a pop star now.
20:44It's always so wild to be like in this moment
21:01with this person that I've never met before,
21:04this little kid.
21:06And everything's going on around us
21:09and somehow we're able to just like have this moment
21:12be completely between us.
21:16We're just kind of like meeting each other
21:19and everyone else kind of disappears for a second.
21:26It just reminds me why I do it.
21:36The hat girl, the kid got the hat.
21:39Okay.
21:40Really like shook my reality.
21:43Like I came up to her, I hug her and she goes,
21:46is this real fun?
21:48And she really was wondering.
21:50And I was like,
21:52and it just made me be like,
21:55actually I don't know.
21:57Do you know what I mean?
21:59Do you know what I mean?
22:07And here we are.
22:08The last day of the tour.
22:11The heiress tour is coming to an end today.
22:16Let's see how many of you are going.
22:18Show them how.
22:20Oh wow.
22:21I hope you guys have an amazing time.
22:26Aww.
22:35If you're friends with a Swifty,
22:36please call them and check on them
22:38and make sure they're okay today.
22:40Because today is the last day of the heiress tour.
22:42And we are in mourning.
22:50I'm not ready.
22:51I'm not ready.
22:52I can't believe the end is here.
22:54What vintage he did,
22:55la eiched haflet eiress tour ever.
22:59I have met so many amazing people
23:01and made so many new friends over this.
23:03Don't let anyone make you feel small
23:09or make you feel silly
23:10for being sad right now.
23:17You're not grieving the loss
23:18of some silly little pop star performance.
23:20You're grieving the loss of a big event
23:22that gave you joy and distraction
23:24and hope and camaraderie
23:27at a time where it feels like
23:28none of those things should be able to exist.
23:33I hope the fans know that this has been her giving them
23:55everything she had.
23:57Guess what day it is?
23:59Sunday.
24:00and she never stops writing music so they have more to look forward to but right now
24:07i hope they honor that little bit of time just for her happy last show it's the last one it's
24:14the last one you got the game on yeah i think that after this tour it would be nice to grow
24:24back some of the things that i've had to cut out of my life you just don't have any energy for
24:30anything that seems optional hey erica guess what happy last showdown yeah you beat me to it
24:37oh my god i cannot believe it and so i'm interested in regaining some of that because i know i used to
24:49have hobbies and like a personality outside of this tour i can't remember what they were
24:55i'll let you know oh my god oh my god oh my god go for it please thank you sir i need them to
25:05keep running away with this so this is your last day but uh we're playing watching football did
25:08you ever think this was gonna be it's i i never thought that you and i would talk about sports
25:12in my life ever i thought i mean it hadn't happened by the time i was 32 i just kind of waited
25:17get another touchdown get another touchdown ah ah ah damn it
25:23this is amazing i know well but you can keep that on i can prioritize both things
25:34maybe i'm just a girl on a mission but i'm ready to fly
25:43i'm alone that's pass interference did they get a flag for that trust me mine is better
25:50get this verse down please
25:52yes oh shit if this goes my way the kind of day i'm about to have
26:09miss i remember this moment
26:15in the back of my mind
26:20the time we stood with our shaking hands the crowds in stands went wild
26:29you held your head like a hero
26:33on a history book page
26:39was the end of a decade
26:43the start of an age
26:48long live the walls we crashed through how the kingdom lights shine just for me and you
27:00i was screaming long live all the magic we made bring on all the pretenders
27:09one day
27:11we will be remembered
27:14have an idea
27:20instead of the end of a decade say
27:23it was the end of an era
27:26what
27:27instead of the end of a decade say it was the end of an era
27:30that's a great idea
27:33it was the end of a decade
27:35no it was the end of an era
27:38of lpm
27:39the start of an age
27:43the only thing that's left is the manuscript
27:50one last souvenir from my trip to your shores
27:56now and then i reread the manuscript
28:00but the story isn't mine
28:04oh that's a gorgeous way to finish it
28:09right
28:09yeah
28:10so it goes
28:11long live verse and chorus
28:13new year's day verse and chorus
28:15manuscript bridge
28:17into long live bridge
28:19into the down verse of long live
28:21into please don't ever
28:23become a stranger whose laugh i could recognize anywhere
28:26and to hold on to the memories they will hold on to you
28:29into
28:29long live chorus but slow down to half time with the new year's day chords underneath it into
28:36the last verse of the manuscript
28:39that's complicated
28:41play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play play
29:11of excellence.
29:15What's unique about it
29:16is that it's not just one genre
29:18of movement or music.
29:20It's a variety of things
29:23that allows me
29:24to showcase different sides of myself.
29:28It's a reminder that we're multitudes.
29:31We have all these aspects
29:33of our personalities
29:33that get to come out within the show.
29:37And it helps people connect with it even more.
29:41It's truly been
29:44the most special thing
29:45that I've been able to be a part of.
29:56I've been preparing
29:57for the end of this
29:59for about six months.
30:00Every single day I've known
30:01we're this much closer.
30:02I've been very in the moment
30:04about knowing how much closer
30:06we were getting to the end of it.
30:09I think the football game
30:10is like taking my mind
30:12off of any kind of like
30:13nerves I have.
30:18We use the mechanisms
30:19we have at our disposal
30:20at the time.
30:21It's going to be dangerous.
30:22Don't do that.
30:25And then listen to what you saw
30:26at the end of the ballgame.
30:27So there's no good answer
30:29on the other side of the ballgame.
30:30I've been holding my breath.
30:32I've been holding my breath.
30:34I've been holding my breath
30:59for a year and eight months
31:02just hoping that
31:05we'd be safe,
31:07we wouldn't be injured,
31:08no harm would come to the tour.
31:12For me, it's just overwhelming.
31:16Just feeling thankful.
31:17Okay, is it time for me
31:21to get my little outfit?
31:22Thank you, Dior, darling.
31:40You smell good.
31:41Thank y'all.
31:42It's my show setting.
31:45Taylor's impact
31:47is limitless.
31:50A lot of this
31:51I would have never imagined
31:53for myself.
31:55She has celebrated us
31:57and our moments
31:58in such big ways
32:00that her fan base
32:02knows us by name.
32:04That does not happen
32:07for dancers.
32:09Because you did that,
32:10the type of people
32:11that are showing up
32:12are of different sizes,
32:14are of different ages,
32:15are of different races,
32:16are of different background experiences
32:18and can come to this show
32:19for three and a half hours
32:20and feel the same.
32:22You leave it different.
32:25You leave it better.
32:27You leave it warmer.
32:28You leave it more giving,
32:31more kind,
32:31more tolerant.
32:32That is the stuff of legend.
32:35A few away from top five
32:38all the time.
32:39Four, two, without a pick.
32:41But you see,
32:42those Charger fans,
32:43you made the trick.
32:45While wearing that powder.
32:47So, artist.
32:48Honey.
32:48Very nice to be so good.
32:49Honey.
32:50The last time.
32:50Break a leg.
32:51I love you.
32:52Okay.
32:54Is it time?
32:55Yeah, it's time.
32:56Mom.
32:57Mom.
32:57Did I do this thing?
32:59No.
32:59Here you go.
33:00I love you.
33:01Have a good show.
33:02See ya.
33:03See ya.
33:07One last time.
33:08One last time.
33:10One last time.
33:10One last time.
33:10One last time.
33:18One last time.
33:18One last time.
33:19One last time.
33:39I want to say that I'm constantly reminded of one of my favorite quotes,
33:45which is that everyone's jealous of what you've got.
33:49No one is jealous of what you had to do to get it.
33:53Everyone likes to talk about phenomenons like the heiress tour,
33:58almost as if it was pieces falling into place
34:01in some sort of destined, accidental confluence of events that just happened, right?
34:06When I'm thinking about the people that are in this circle,
34:11I don't think about it as pieces that fell into place.
34:15I think of each of you as like tectonic plates on the earth.
34:19And the heiress tour wasn't when all the pieces fell into place.
34:22That was just when every single one of us who had done so much work
34:25to where this tour was just when we all clicked together.
34:29We have traveled the entire world.
34:32We've gone through America twice.
34:34We have set every attendance record in every huge stadium.
34:38We have broken every single record you can break with this tour.
34:41The only thing left is to close the book.
34:45For one last time.
34:46Do you know that?
34:47I love you.
34:51I love you guys so much.
34:53All right, let's go out there and...
34:55Fuck shit!
34:56Fuck it!
34:57Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
35:04Let's go.
35:34Oh
36:04Oh
36:34Oh
37:04Oh
37:34Oh
38:04I
38:06Said remember this one
38:08In the back of my mind
38:12And we stood with our shaking hands
38:18The crowds and stands went wide
38:22We were the kings and the queens
38:28And they read off our names
38:32It was the end of an era
38:38At the start of an age
38:42You held your head like a hero
38:48On a history book page
38:52And I was screaming long live
39:02The walls would crash through
39:04How the kingdom light shined
39:08Just for me and you
39:10I was screaming long live
39:12All the magic we made
39:14Bring on all the pretenders
39:18One day
39:20One day
39:24We will be remembered
39:26And hold on
39:30Hold on
39:32To the memories
39:34They will hold on to you
39:36Hold on
39:38To the memories
39:39They will hold on to you
39:40Hold on
39:42To the memories
39:44They will hold on to you
39:46The only thing that's left is the manuscript
39:56One last souvenir from my trip to your shores
40:02Now and then
40:04I reread the manuscript
40:06But the story isn't mine
40:10Anymore
40:12For a stop
40:14Every moment
40:16To the memories
40:18Hopefully
40:20I'll be surprised
40:21By theava
40:22My fluid
40:28razón

40:35Él

40:39Él
40:40I have very clear distinctions about being the leader of this show that's this mass exodus
40:59of emotional catharsis what's interesting is like there's some joy in the show but there's
41:06also a lot of like snarling angry bitterness despondent heartbroken wistful theatrical
41:15magic and I think being able to feel those things and scream those lyrics there's something that
41:22brings you joy in doing that people come to the show who have different lived experiences and have
41:28different beliefs and we can have these moments of connectivity I think it's about passion and I
41:33think it's about the show being accepting of all kinds of passion that we feel throughout our human
41:39experience there's something so unifying about that
42:03I'm used to doing tours that are successful I've never been a part of a phenomenon before
42:17so
42:23Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
42:53I love you.
42:55It's history.
42:56Girl, did it.
42:57I love you so much.
43:07She's smiling.
43:09It's been such a good day.
43:13It's good.
43:23We did it!
43:33Oh my god.
43:37We really all did it.
43:41You have to just take life, you know, one era at a time, see what happens.
43:47Honey, when I'm above the trees I see this for what it is
43:57But now I'm right down in it
43:59All the years I've given is just shit we're dividing up
44:05I showed you all of my hiding spots
44:09I was dancing when the music stopped
44:13And in the disbelief I can't face reinvention
44:19I haven't met the new me yet
44:23There'll be happiness after you
44:31But there was happiness because of you
44:35Both of these things can be true
44:38There is happiness
44:41Past the blood and bruise
44:45Past the curses and cries
44:49Beyond the terror in the nightfall
44:53Haunted by the look in my eyes
44:55That would've loved you for a lifetime
44:58Leave it all behind
45:00Leave it all behind
45:01And there is happiness
45:04There'll be happiness after me
45:08But there was happiness because of me
45:12Both of these things I believe
45:15There is happiness
45:18In our history
45:22Across our great divide
45:26There is a glorious sunrise
45:30Dappled with the flickers of life
45:33From the dress I wore at midnight
45:36Leave it all behind
45:38Oh, leave it all behind
45:42Leave it all behind
45:46And there is happiness
45:56Here is happiness
45:57Of the week
45:59This bill is very unusual
46:00That it was good
46:02And there is happiness
46:03And there is happiness
46:05The way this day
46:06I know
46:07I know
46:08I know
46:09The way this day
46:10Is我很 billion
46:11I know
46:12My wife
46:13Entry
46:14I know
46:15But I know
46:16But I know
46:17I know
46:18You
46:19They know
46:20That it's a good
48:26So she waited by the stage door, asked the club promoter a ride. She said I'd sell my soul to have a taste of a magnificent life. It's all mine.
48:35But that's not what showgirls get. They leave us for dead.
48:42Hey, thank you for the lovely bouquet. You're sweeter than a beach, but you don't know the life of a showgirl, babe. And you're never, ever gonna know.
48:54The more you play, the more you play, the more that you pay. You're softer than a kitten, so you don't know the life of a showgirl, babe. And you're never gonna wanna.
49:06Bye.
49:08Bye.
49:09Bye.
49:10Bye.
49:12Bye.
49:14Bye.
49:16Bye.
49:18Bye.
49:20Bye.
