00:08so we've decided to develop some housing on parish land,
00:15and in return we'll generate funds for a new community centre,
00:18and we'll also have three houses that the village will own
00:23and will generate an ongoing income for the village for years to come.
00:27We've got an amazing community. That doesn't happen by accident.
00:32Our community centre is really important, particularly in a rural community
00:37where we don't have great public transport.
00:41We've got a number of elderly people, people with disabilities, people of all ages.
00:45The community centre is an essential hub for the village.
