00:00Ole Miss welcoming in Tulane.
00:03A rematch of a game we had before this year.
00:06Ole Miss favored, I'm seeing 17 and a half.
00:08I know it was around 17.
00:11John Summerall will be coaching the Green Wave.
00:15Lane Kiffin will not be coaching Ole Miss,
00:17but much of the staff has returned to help them out.
00:21I don't know if Tulane can win this game,
00:24but I feel like it might be closer than the route that happened earlier this year.
00:28I would agree, Bobby.
00:30That game in Oxford, that's where they'll be again
00:32at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
00:3545-10, you're going to see a lot of that.
00:37Ole Miss outgained Tulane in that game by nearly 300 yards.
00:41It was in the opening month of the season,
00:43maybe his first two with the Tulane football program for Jake Retzloff,
00:46and by far his worst game of the year.
00:48You look at the passing stats for that one, 5 of 17 for 56 yards.
00:53Retzloff had 51 yards on the ground for the Green Wave,
00:56nearly as many rushing yards as a QB as the passing yards there.
01:01He's got 16 rushing scores this year to lead Tulane
01:04to an American championship.
01:05That should be noted.
01:07It was also start number two for the other quarterback
01:09on the other side for the Rebs in Trinidad Chambles.
01:13He was sensational.
01:14307 yards from the air, two passing touchdowns,
01:17112 rushing yards as well.
01:19So both quarterbacks should be much more comfortable
01:22in each of their individual systems facing off once again.
01:26Really the key for me is can Tulane run the football with success?
01:31This Ole Miss defense is not nearly as good as they were a season ago.
01:35They only allowed just north of 80 rushing yards per game.
01:38They were the second best rushing defense in the country.
01:40This year they're giving up more than $1.50.
01:42I mentioned Retzloff and his athleticism.
01:44Kamario Taylor in the Egg Bowl for Mississippi State
01:47had more than 170 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns.
01:52Jamari McClure, the young freshman for the Wave,
01:54also running the football a little bit better
01:56and it's kind of solidified his spot in that backfield for Tulane.
01:59Bobby, to your point, Tulane probably is not going to win this game outright.
02:03I do think the Green Wave can keep them within the number
02:06around a 10 to 14 point margin.
02:08This is the game I think the underdog has the better chance
02:12of at least making it look more competitive all throughout.
