00:24Now to this Tfue vs. FaZe Banks drama because it's getting more guacatons each day.
00:29After FaZe Banks slammed Tfue's lawsuit against FaZe Clan,
00:33Turner is now finally responding to the messy situation.
00:36In a new video titled My Response Hashtag Release the Contract,
00:40Tfue immediately addresses the claims of alleged gambling, stunts, and underage drinking.
00:45First, I want to say all the stuff about the gambling, the stunts, the drinking.
00:50I told my lawyer I did not want that in there, and he will do exactly just that.
00:53He will take it out.
00:54So that is no worries.
00:56That is out of my way.
00:57Tfue then focuses on his contract with FaZe Clan and claims they essentially could take massive amounts of his earnings
01:04at any point within the three years that he signed.
01:07And what I'm trying to do here is just serve justice to the esports community, the esports industry.
01:13These kids are getting ripped off.
01:14They're getting taken advantage of.
01:15These contracts are not okay, and this needs to never happen again.
01:18And there's tons of people in contracts this bad, just like me.
01:21And I'm the first person to stand up and say, this is not right.
01:25This is not cool.
01:27And if only you guys could see what is in this contract.
01:30I can't disclose what is within this contract.
01:32But FaZe Clan, please release the contract for the public to see.

01:38Just give me permission to show these people the truth.
01:42The truth that is within this contract.

01:47FaZe Banks was quick to react to Turner's video with multiple tweets.
01:51Banks states FaZe offered Tfue a million dollars per year with no splits just to rep their clan.
01:57And they've tried to fix his previous contract many times.
02:01Banks also mentioned they would release the contract after Tfue's hashtag went viral
02:06and that everything he's said regarding the situation is true.
02:09He also thanks Turner for apologizing about the alleged underage drinking and gambling claims made in the lawsuit.
02:15Banks eventually admitted it wouldn't be released until sometime later, tweeting,

02:36And as of this recording, the blast reports Tfue's contract has finally been released.
02:42The document states Tfue was automatically locked in for three years with FaZe Clan
02:47after his initial six months and the organization would pay him $2,000 per month as a fixed fee.
02:54Here comes the part Tfue has an issue with, the way the money's split.
02:58Creator code income is split 50-50 between Tfue and FaZe Clan
03:02as well as brand deals brought in by Tfue and appearance fees.
03:06As for brand deals brought in by FaZe Clan, Tfue only gets 20% while FaZe Clan gets 80%.
03:13And it's the reverse for prize money won in tournaments, Tfue 80, FaZe Clan 20.
03:18But okay, let's talk about the exclusivity cause which states Tfue is obligated to share the identity of any other team making an offer to him,
03:26allowing FaZe to match that team's offer.
03:29The contract states if Tfue is terminated he cannot professionally play video games for six months
03:35and it basically prevents Tfue from earning an income if FaZe Clan decides to drop him.
03:40Adding to all of this, the contract details what is to remain confidential between Turner and FC
03:46and limits what he is allowed to say to the media.
03:49He will also be hit with a fine equal to 125% of his monthly pay if found in violation of the confidentiality agreement.
03:58Keemstar took to Twitter to say that the contract is 100% real, saying he can't name his source,
04:04but he spoke to The Blast and someone at FaZe to confirm the details.
