00:11According to several outlets, FazeTfue is now suing FazeClan.
00:16Apparently, Turner is suing FazeClan for restricting his business opportunities
00:20and taking up to a whopping 80% of his earnings.
00:24The documents mention that Tfue has also been allegedly forced to pass on huge brand deals
00:30because of a conflict of interest.
00:32According to the documents, Tfue was allegedly forced to accept sponsorships through FazeClan,
00:38which allowed them an 80% finder's fee.
00:40FazeClan also reportedly failed to pay him some sponsorship earnings.
00:44Tfue's attorney claims the gamer is losing multiple opportunities because of the deal he signed in April 2018,
00:50which only allows him 20% of the earnings from any of the content produced to his various accounts.
00:56Tfue's attorney wants him out of the contract and for FazeClan to pay punitive damages.
01:01His attorney also adds in a petition,
01:03not only does FazeClan take advantage of these young artists,
01:07it jeopardizes their health, safety, and welfare.
01:10FazeClan also continuously pressured and encouraged Tenney and others
01:14to undertake dangerous stunts while performing in videos.
01:17There's also claims of Turner allegedly being pressured to consume alcohol when he was underage
01:23and that there was illegal gambling happening in both the Faze House and Clout House.
01:28The attorney also brings up recently signed members High Sky and his family
01:32were pressured to allegedly lie about his age.
01:35Adding to this, Faze Banks has reacted to the shocking news,
01:38saying FazeClan has never taken 80% of anyone's prize money
01:42and this contract has never existed.
01:44He also reveals that this is all coming as a surprise with no warning
01:48and doesn't even think Tfue really understands what's going on.
01:52He believes his team is putting him up to everything.
01:55Keem said he's spoken to FazeClan,
01:56who revealed they've only taken 20% from Turner and that he's kept the rest.
