00:34To Olivia after it was being reported that she wanted to return to USC Us Weekly reports she also
00:39wants to be back in the spotlight. The Mag claims Olivia is looking to reclaim her life as an
00:44influencer and she's been super emotional during all the drama. While she knows she needs to keep
00:49a low profile she's itching to show her face again and is hoping that it'll be soon. However things
00:54might be getting more complicated for Olivia Jade and her sister. Us Weekly reports Olivia
00:59fully knew what her parents did to get her into USC but didn't think there was anything wrong with it
01:05and she didn't get into any other California schools. If that wasn't bad enough an LA based
01:10lawyer told the site there's an overwhelming amount of evidence against her parents which could land
01:14them behind bars not just for years but possibly decades. They could also be forced to pay a quarter
01:20of a million in fines. Adding to this we're hearing exclusively from Massachusetts criminal defense
01:25lawyer Edward Malari that Isabella and Olivia may be forced to testify against their parents.
01:30We've been told quote if the government has evidence establishing probable cause that the
01:35children committed a crime bringing charges against the children is entirely within the
01:39government's discretion. That also means that if the government wants a child to testify against
01:44their parent the government can force them to do so whether they want to or not. Edward goes on to
01:49tell us if Isabella and Olivia's parents told them to stay quiet about any illegal activity they were
01:55aware of and if they lie about it in court they will be going against the law. He said a child
02:00doesn't have the right to withhold confidential communications made by a parent if asked about
02:04them in court. They also have no right to decline to testify against a parent if subpoenaed to testify.
