00:18it was announced that all charges against the Empire actor were dropped. Jussie was under

00:23investigation for allegedly staging a hate crime but now that his slate has been wiped clean,

00:28he only has to hand over the $10,000 bond. When speaking to the public, Jussie had this to say.

00:33I've been truthful and consistent on every single level since day one. I would not be my mother's son

00:39if I was capable of one drop of what I was accused of. This has been an incredibly difficult time,

00:45honestly one of the worst of my entire life. But Jussie may not be 100% in the clear. The FBI

00:51have reportedly launched a probe to figure out why the charges were so suddenly dropped and they're

00:57working with Chicago police to get to the bottom of the hate mail he received a few days before the

01:02attack. Mail fraud adds up to about 20 years behind bars. From Jussie to Olivia, People Magazine reports

01:08due to poor punctuation and vague language, Olivia's trademark application for Olivia Jade Beauty has been

01:14denied. Currently, Olivia is trying to trademark products that include makeup kits compromised of

01:19moisturizer, primer, concealer, etc. The United States Patent and Trademark Office suggests Olivia use more

01:25specific language in her application like skin moisturizer, facial concealer, and makeup setting

01:31spray. Maybe her mom should have filled this one out for her too. And sticking with Olivia,

01:35Us Weekly is reporting she isn't speaking to her parents right now. An insider told the site Olivia is

01:40still very upset with her parents and her friends are apparently trying to defend her parents, telling

01:45her not to be mad at them because they were just trying to help her but she's not listening and feels

01:49like the victim in all of this. Olivia Jade has lost deals with Sephora and Tresemme after the news

01:54about the scandal broke and she blames her parents for the downfall of her career. Recall we told you
