00:002026 Lamborghini Temerario Street Drive. Almost perfect.
00:06But there's one catch. We already knew the 2026 Lamborghini Temerario was fast.
00:12Really fast.
00:14Earlier this year, it tore up the Astorial Circuit in Portugal and impressed everyone with its balance.
00:20Brakes and insane acceleration.
00:22But that was on a racetrack. Flat out. In full attack mode.
00:26The real question was simple. What's it like to drive on normal roads?
00:31So we spent a full day driving the Temerario around Lamborghini's hometown of Santa Gata Bolognese.
00:37Dealing with traffic, narrow streets, speed bumps, and uneven Italian back roads.
00:42And the answer? It's brilliant.
00:45With one small disappointment. First, the basics.
00:49The Temerario replaces the Huracan and comes with a brand new 907 horsepower plug-in hybrid setup.
00:57At its heart is a wild 4.0 liter twin-turbo V8.
01:01It revs all the way to 10,000 revolutions per minute.
01:04It makes 789 horsepower on its own.
01:07With extra power coming from three electric motors to up front.
01:12And one sandwiched between the engine and the 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
01:16It's all very high-tech. Very Lamborghini.
01:20Visually, the Temerario looks sharp, but not over the top.
01:24It's less aggressive than the Revolto, yet still unmistakably a Lambo.
01:29The interior feels more spacious than the Huracan, thanks to a longer wheelbase.
01:33And the tech inside is modern and slick.
01:37Around town, you start in Cheetah.
01:39City mode.
01:41Where the car runs as a front-wheel drive EV.
01:44It's quiet, in theory.
01:45But the electric motors are surprisingly noisy.
01:49The battery only gives about 6 miles of electric range anyway.
01:53So you won't be driving silently for long.
01:55Switch to Strata mode.
01:57And this is where the Temerario shows its softer side.
02:00It's shockingly easy to drive.
02:03The gearbox shifts smoothly.
02:04The engine cruises at low revs.
02:07And the ride is comfortable enough for daily use.
02:10Honestly, it feels as effortless as a regular commuter car.
02:14But here's the problem.
02:16At low speeds, the V8 doesn't sound special.
02:20In fact, thanks to the direct injection system, it rattles a bit like an old diesel.
02:24So, if you loved the Huracan's screaming V10 personality, this might sting.
02:30Thankfully, all of that disappears the moment you open the throttle.
02:35On twisty roads, in Kosa mode, the Temerario transforms into something magical.
02:41The V8 pulls hard from 2,000 revolutions per minute and just keeps pulling all the way to redline.
02:47Past 4,000 revolutions per minute, it unleashes an endless spine-tingling scream that feels absolutely exotic.
02:55Second gear alone takes you close to 90 miles per hour.
02:58And the electric motors blend in so smoothly you barely notice them working.
03:03The steering is light, but accurate.
03:06Grip is immense.
03:07And the car feels agile despite weighing close to 4,000 pounds.
03:12The brakes are incredible.
03:13The suspension handles rough roads far better than you'd expect from a hardcore Circa.
03:18In the end, the Temerario is shockingly usable.
03:22Insanely fast and genuinely fun on real roads.
03:27It might cost around $390,000, but it's a Lamborghini you could actually drive every day.
03:33We just wish it sounded more dramatic during that casual coffee run.
03:36We just wish it had a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of
