00:15minnesota's looking toward next year for dallas i wouldn't say they overachieved thus far but i

00:25put away yeah with the vikings they're playing for next year they want to see what jj mccarthy has to
00:31see if he deserves another season as a starting quarterback and he's strung together a couple
00:36decent games in a row and look it was tough i mean he was coming back he was essentially a rookie
00:42he still hasn't gotten justin jefferson going i mean he had a quiet game again but when the vikings won
00:49they had nothing to play for they were eliminated before this game kicked off so you had to be
00:54pleased if you were kevin o'connell to go in there and play well where the cowboys typically have been
00:59great at home in dallas so it's a good sign for them that they're showing some fight we're seeing
01:04a few teams like that the saints the commanders teams that are out of it that are kind of just
01:10playing hard in every game and hard to know what you're going to get from them but definitely you
01:14would put the vikings that category the cowboys look they had their chances they've had multiple
01:19opportunities to get back into this with the eagles kind of sputtering now it's over you have to assess
01:25the defensive issues that you have left here hopefully quinnon williams and some of these
01:30other guys that they have next year will lead to a much improved you know that side of the ball because
01:35we know that was holding them back and if they didn't score at will in the game you know they
01:39we're going to lose like this
