00:00The wins and losses, Jones, they come in all shapes and sizes, right?

00:03You'd feel one way about a 35-0 win.

00:05You'd feel another way about a 35-0 loss.

00:07You would also feel a certain way about being up 21-0 at home

00:12and then losing the game 35-31.

00:15So there's a lot of feelings, a lot of emotion mixed into a game.

00:19Again, from the way outside, being 11-3, wild.

00:24Like, what a season the Patriots have had.

00:27But then you take into account, all right, 10-game winning streak.

00:30Division on the line.

00:31You have this big lead.

00:33Everyone's throwing a party at halftime.

00:34And then you lose that game.

00:36It is pretty devastating.

00:37I mean, devastating is the right word for it.

00:39We spent two and a half months complimenting the crap out of them

00:42and they can play with anybody.

00:43And the road to the Super Bowl goes through Foxborough.

00:47And why aren't the Patriots favored and all this stuff?

00:50Like, this is not a day to take a step back and go,

00:53oh, I feel pretty good about it being 11-3.

00:55And they still split with Buffalo and they can still win the division.

00:58This is not a day for that.

00:59Because if you just lost to the Bills, I could maybe explain that away.

01:06I could maybe tolerate that.

01:07If you just lost 35-31 and you're in the game and it's competitive

01:11and it's back and forth all day, maybe, maybe,

01:14they're due for a loss at some point.

01:16Buffalo was favored after all.

01:17We spent all week complaining about it.

01:19The way you lost that game was horrific.

01:21And I don't get trying to spin it or put any shine on it.

01:26Like, I just, I don't understand that.

01:27I don't know how you could possibly do that with the way they lost that game.

01:30Yeah, no, definitely the confidence is shooketh at this point.

01:34Because, yeah, if they had just lost 42-0, that's way worse.

01:38Don't get me wrong.

01:38That's worse than what we saw.

01:40That's true.

01:40It is, right?

01:41Because it's like, at least you had big runs by Travion Henderson.

01:44You had a really impressive first half.

01:46You had a good first drive.

01:47Drake may look good in the first half.

01:48So there were some positives to take away.

01:51But watching the Bills score five consecutive touchdowns

01:56had to give everybody deja vu or PTSD of when they played him in the playoffs

02:01or years ago and they just scored every single time.
