Well, here we are in Texas, just outside of Dallas.
And this used to be an old cattle ranch where they drove the cattle through that pen down through here and into the main barn.
And there’s a couple of horses over there. And I said, Good morning to them.
But this spread, it’s about 15 acres.
And the main house is located there. The so-called barn is located here and the suites inside — that they converted — are beautiful.
Now, what would happen, is that they would drive the cattle into the barn area onto a stage and auction them off .
And it was the finest beef in Texas and —→ it’s absolutely just beautiful here.
