The last ten days of October 2025 were nothing short of a nightmare for people across the Caribbean due to the devastation unleashed by Hurricane Melissa.
"Water levels rose at the harbour near the road that had been blocked off," the filmer, Rochelle, told WooGlobe. "Government workers were on-site clearing the drains, which explains the orange cones placed along the road."
