BREAKING: Hurricane Melissa has made devastating landfall in Jamaica, bringing record-breaking winds, catastrophic rainfall, and massive storm surges across the Caribbean. The Category 5 hurricane is being called one of the strongest ever recorded in the region, with wind speeds exceeding 180 mph (290 km/h).
