00:00So my 5 to 9 is still sleeping and I usually wake up about 10 minutes before my first meeting
00:05and I check my AI overview of the day. So AI is working during my 5 to 9 and I get to see
00:11what it outputs at 8.50. When I think about my life, I think about my work, my professional
00:16life, but I also think about my health and my family. So when I'm not working, I'm spending
00:21time with my family or working on my health. So I'll try to go outside, open the window,
00:26take a breath of fresh air. I'll go make myself coffee. Actually, we are a global company.
00:31So my day starts pretty early at 6 o'clock in the morning. So there is not much time. What I do,
00:36however, is prepare the previous evening for what I'm going to do then. I get up 4.30 in the morning.
00:41I have my coffee. I do about an hour and a half to two hours of just planning. Not so much for the day,
00:47but just could be weeks on ahead, months on ahead. And then I do like 25 minutes of an intense workout.
00:52I wake up. I do about a 20-minute meditation and then I do my affirmation. Then I usually try to
00:57get some weights classes in before the day starts. I usually start with a turmeric shot and some
01:04matcha just to start off the day with some wellness. Not going to lie, I usually get some hours of work
01:09done before my kids wake up. So 5 to 7 is usually work and thinking and independent sort of strategic
01:15thinking time. Then I turn on my kids and I'm 30 minutes on with them off to school and then commuting
01:21and getting my brain into the work day.
