00:00Actually the older I get the earlier I get up and for me it's really important

00:03to work out. I try not to check email right away. I try to take like two

00:08snoozes. I do work out and then I take my dogs for a walk and then it's just

00:12chaos. I need to work out before I start my day otherwise I'm never gonna get it

00:17in. I like to run but I love to be with my kids. I actually start my work day in

00:21bed so I'm laying in bed and I'm catching up on my emails from the night

00:26before. It always starts with some good health, some conversation with my spouse.

00:29I wake up and I scroll and read the news. After that I try to get a quick

00:34workout in. The first thing I do as soon as I get up is have a cup of English

00:38breakfast tea always. I usually try and have a contemplative cup of coffee. My

00:43five to nine starts maybe around seven and then I have three children so a big

00:48part of the morning is simply trying to connect with them before the day begins.

00:51First it's gotta have coffee. I check my sleep score and then I get whatever

00:59news I possibly can as quick as I can. My first meeting is at 6 a.m. in the office

01:05full makeup so before that I do absolutely nothing.
