00:02No, this is righteous anger because this is not okay, it's not healthy.

00:09This is a mind virus, and so my message to them is to stop.

00:15Turning Point USA CEO Erica Kirk furiously rebuked conspiracy theorists,

00:20peddling deranged claims about the death of her late husband, Charlie Kirk.

00:24During an interview with Fox News' Harris Faulkner on December 10th,

00:28Erica decried the toll the theories have had on her team.

00:31In the weeks that followed the brutal caught-on-camera gunning down of her husband

00:34that shocked the world, prominent right-wing figures, such as Candace Owens,

00:39have spewed unfounded claims about his death,

00:42and even raised questions about his funeral arrangements.

00:44Owens, who worked as a communications director for Turning Point USA between 2017 and 2019,

00:50has openly cast doubt on the notion that suspect Tyler Robinson acted alone.

00:54She's floated theories that Charlie Kirk's own organization, quote,

00:57betrayed him, and that the U.S. government was involved.

01:00For weeks, Owens has also seemingly implied, though not outright alleged,

01:04that Israeli intelligence may have also had a hand in Charlie's murder.

01:08About 48 hours before Charlie Kirk died, Charlie informed people at Turning Point,

01:12as well as Jewish donors and a rabbi,

01:14that he had no choice but to abandon the pro-Israel cause outright.

01:21Did he also express that he wanted to bring me, Candace Owens, back,

01:25because he was standing up for himself?

01:27And then did he, just 48 hours later, conveniently catch a bullet to the throat

01:31before our on-stage reunion?

01:35Erica described her Turning Point USA team as family,

01:38and underscored that many of them were present when a bullet ripped through her husband

01:41while he was engaging with students at Utah Valley University.

01:45My team, they are rocked to the core.

01:48So why every single day do they have to be dragged through the mud,

01:52analyzed, hyper-analyzed?

01:53Owens has also contributed to the stirring of theories about the location of Charlie's burial,

01:58claiming that he was laid to rest in a Catholic cemetery, despite him not being Catholic.

02:03But can I have one thing?

02:04Can my babies have one thing where we hold it sacred,

02:07where my husband is laid to rest,

02:08where I don't have to be worried about some secular revolutionary

02:13coming and destroying my husband's grave while my daughter is sitting there praying?

02:18Hours after Erica's Fox News appearance,

02:20Owens went on the attack again on her podcast,

02:23ripping Erica for not addressing the rumors publicly

02:25as the new CEO of the company, but as a mourning widow.

02:29Whoa, Erica Kirk shuts down!

02:32No, she didn't even respond to one of the conspiracies.

02:35She gave us a motion.

02:41And we never asked about whether she was a mother or a wife.

02:46The back and forth between the pair comes as Erica's team gears up to address

02:53announced that his team will give their public rebuttal to Owens' claims

02:56on Monday, December 15th.

02:58He extended a public invitation to Owens,

03:00who has indicated she won't be able to make it in person or via a video link.

03:04The right-wing podcaster is no stranger to controversy, however.

03:07She is already facing a defamation lawsuit from French President Emmanuel Macron's wife,

03:12Brigitte, for peddling outlandish claims that she's secretly a man.

03:16What I'm saying is that you were born a man and you will die a man.

03:20That's the point I'm making.

03:28Hey, how about just giving us some pictures again of you growing up,

03:33Owens has also amplified a grab bag of conspiracy theories,

03:37such as questioning the moon landing

03:38and promoting COVID-19 vaccine misinformation.
