took no action. The individual was later identified as Alexis Black, accused of assaulting his ex-wife

before transitioning. Hyman criticized Khanna's support of a Supreme Court amicus brief, warning

that banning males from female sports and locker rooms could lead to invasive general checks.

She argued that in the 26 states with such laws, no such checks have occurred, while real harassment
