Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov delivers a strongly worded statement, insisting that Russia has no aggressive intentions toward NATO or the European Union and is prepared to offer written legal guarantees of security.

00:57II, and Europe once again tries to do something more.

01:05Perhaps they forgot that due to the obvious trends of the global political and economic

01:11development, Europe is now being left out of the main processes and events.

01:17But they still have their instincts, their belligerent instincts and aspirations.

01:24They are trying to stay afloat, to stay relevant.

01:28Through their aggressive actions, they are once again showing their natures.

01:33Unfortunately, through their actions, through their unilateral sanctions and abuse of the

01:38US dollar, the Americans are undermining the globalization process that had been ongoing for decades and

01:46has been seen as the main good for humanity.

01:54We are slowly moving through the process of realizing that this is not a good for humanity.

02:04This configuration of the global economy only allows a single country to dictate its conditions

02:11to the others, and any seriously minded countries who are willing to preserve their

02:19sovereignty will be creating their own alternative structures.

02:25We will not rely upon the mechanisms that have been proven inefficient and used for

02:32suppression of others.

02:35Instead, we will rely on our own independent mechanisms that are not subject to any ideological pressure.
