'Black Panther' was named best movie, while 'Stranger Things' took the award for best show.

00:05Ah, the MTV Movie & TV Awards, the only awards show where Michael B. Jordan can roast Roseanne
00:11an hour after getting hosed to Tiffany Haddish pregnant just by looking at her.
00:15Seriously, I saw it happen with my own eyes.
00:17Monday night's show brought us plenty of fun, along with some more serious social statements
00:21and touching tributes. Here's a look at the most memorable moments of this year's MTV Movie & TV Awards.
00:27Haddish kicked off the night by visiting Wakanda in a mashup clip, along with her girl's trip tribe
00:32of Queen Latifah and Jada Pinkett Smith. Then, she hit the stage and showed us her money moves
00:37while putting her own spin on Cardi B's Bodak Yellow.
00:40Our host kept us laughing all night long, whether she was talking back to the movie screen
00:49while watching A Quiet Place, checking out the sexy high-waisted pants of Star Wars The Last Jedi's
00:55Kylo Ren, or even donning a wedding dress in honor of Meghan Markle.
00:58Appropriately enough, Haddish also scored the Best Comedic Performance Award for her role in
01:03Girls Trip.
01:04So, which movie was the big winner of the evening?
01:10Black Motherf*****g Panther.
01:13That's right, Lady Gaga. The most nominated film of the night took home the golden popcorn for Best Movie,
01:18Best Villain for Jordan, and both Best Performance in a Movie and Best Hero for Chadwick Boseman.
01:24Boseman dedicated his Best Hero win and actually gave his award to real-life hero James Shaw Jr.,
01:30who intervened during a deadly mass shooting at a Waffle House in Tennessee in April.
01:34You saved lives.
01:37Master of None Emmy-winning writer and Ready Player One actress Lena Waithe was presented with
01:42the Trailblazer Award. She dedicated her honor to other visionaries, giving a special shout-out
01:47to the subjects of the documentary Paris is Burning, which follows drag queens living in New York.
01:52They strutted through a brick wall so we wouldn't have to.
01:55Meanwhile, Jurassic World star Chris Pratt received the Generation Award and offered nine tips
02:00of life advice for the next generation. His rules ranged from the humorous to the inspiring.
02:05Strength and intelligence can be weapons, and do not wield them against the weak. That makes you a bully.
02:10Be bigger than that.
02:11Love, Simon stars Nick Robinson and Kenan Lonsdale made history as they took home the award for Best Kiss,
02:18the first to center on a gay romance.
02:20You can live your dreams and kiss the one that you love, no matter what gender they are.
02:25And on the TV side, the biggest winner of the night was Stranger Things, which scored Best Show
02:30and Best Performance in a Show for Millie Bobby Brown. While she couldn't be there in person,
02:35Brown told fans in her recorded speech to rise above bullying, referencing the recent cyberbullying
02:40that caused her to delete her Twitter.
02:42If you don't have anything nice to say, just don't say it.
02:45And when it comes to performances, Khloe and Halle brought their charisma and style to a pair of tracks
02:49from their 2018 album, The Kids Are Alright, while Nick Jonas and Mustard served up an otherworldly
02:54laser-lights extravaganza with their collab, Anywhere.
