Howe 'excited' about what Woltemade could be

Eddie Howe says Nick Woltemade has fitted in superbly at Newcastle since moving from Germany.

00:00I think he's done brilliantly, yeah.

00:02I mean, just had the pleasure of half an hour with him on the way here

00:05and just a great person, really good character, great to talk to

00:10and to ask questions of the German league and the German mentality.

00:15He's on the pitch, I think he's done really well.

00:19It's very difficult to come in and do what he's done.

00:22I think he's fitted in superbly.

00:23He's really bought into the team ethos in terms of giving for the team,

00:31whether that's out of possession, whether that's coming back and defending set plays,

00:34which he's actually done really well for us, and of course, scoring goals.

00:37And we need to try and create more for him as a team.

00:40We need to try and be better in that respect.

00:41The chances that he has done, he's invariably done very well with them,

00:44but there's still so much more to come from him.

00:47I'm excited about what he can be.
