00:10These are the 10 most disturbing bosses in Fallout games.
00:13Now, obviously disturbing is going to be subjective, so we're looking at a mix of gross to look at,
00:19and gross to think about.
00:20We're tackling the whole gross spectrum.
00:22Let's do it.
00:22Before we continue, we publish content all week long,

00:31Flatwoods Monster Fallout 76
00:33The Flatwoods Monster in Fallout 76 is disturbing due to its eerie, otherworldly design and unnatural presence.
00:45Hearing tales of their horrors, including claims of glowing eyes in the darkness,
00:49makes them seem like a disturbing presence well before you actually see one,
00:53like an alien chupacabra.
00:54It straddles the line between alien and machine,
00:57which are easily the two scariest of the sci-fi genre.
01:00E.T. meets WALL-E, minus all the cute.
01:02With the in-game lore building its presence,
01:05its appearance, especially in dark forested areas, is shocking.
01:09Please don't abduct me, I can't handle another probing.
01:19The Beast of Grafton Fallout 76
01:24The Beast of Grafton is another creature in Fallout 76 that builds a lot of its presence from in-game lore,
01:41including the Beast of Grafton holotapes as part of the Tales from West Virginia Hills series in-game,
01:45a Twilight Zone-style parody that turns out to be all too real.
01:49As you'll see on this list, building lore and urban legend around a creature will inevitably create a disturbing story,
01:55and the Grafton monster lives up to this with grotesque size, distorted humanoid shape, and unsettling aura.
02:02Towering and lumbering through the misty West Virginia landscape,
02:06it emits guttural roars that echo ominously,
02:09signaling its presence before it's seen.
02:11Terrifying.
02:12Earl Williams Fallout 76
02:22Alright, I'm sorry, I'll stop talking about Fallout 76 soon.
02:30It's just, unfortunately, filled with so many gross friends.
02:33The Wendigo Colossus blends the raw power of a super mutant behemoth with immense health and resistance.
02:39Earl Williams has over 30,000 HP and devastating melee attacks, which is a damn rough combo.
02:45He also passively reduces incoming damage by 80%, turning him into a massive bullet sponge.
02:51If you tried to clean your dishes with this sponge, it'd break your f***ing hand.
03:03Swan Fallout 4
03:05I'm gonna be so honest, this entry is 100% in here because of me, so if it gets negative comments, my bad.
03:18I remember everything going really smoothly.
03:20I was wandering through the wasteland, enjoying my time, and then was foolish enough to step into the swan pond and see what the swan thing in the middle was.
03:28Out of nowhere, this massive creature rises up and goes straight for me.
03:32It has no quest attachment, it has no story, it's literally just there as a disturbing jump scare.
03:38And god damn it doesn't work.
03:54Frank Horrigan Fallout 2
03:56Fallout 1 and 2 don't get their dues due to the mastery of the 3D series, but Frank Horrigan from the second game might be one of the most tragic characters in the whole series.
04:12Frank Horrigan was once an ordinary man serving as a loyal bodyguard to the president, until he was forcibly transformed into a super mutant.
04:20Forcibly being the important part of this story.
04:22Now a walking tank, he's equipped with maxed out stats and a deadly unique plasma gun.
04:27This guy can tear through your HP in seconds.
04:30Facing Frank alone is a death sentence.
04:32Take advantage of your companions, cause you're gonna need them.
04:41Imposter Sheep Squatch Fallout 76
04:43Back to Fallout 76, the Imposter Sheep Squatch, a heavily modified Assaultron, is really upsetting to look at.
05:00Regardless of the look, the whole fight turns into a weirdly aggressive battlefield, forcing an odd amount of intensity.
05:06After using a keycard to summon it by hacking the terminal at the pylon ambush site, waves of hostile robots flood the area.
05:13You'll need to fend them off while activating nearby pylons, which are key to making the Sheep Squatch vulnerable.
05:18This dude can take a beating.
05:20And look at its head.
05:22The hell is even that?
05:23Mothman Fallout 76
05:36This is by far the worst part of the whole series for me, which might tell you why it's here.
05:49I have legitimately diagnosed mothophobia, a fear of moths.
05:53Now look at this goddamn thing.
05:55I can barely edit this video.
05:56Having the presence of a giant moth with glowing eyes, watching you in the darkness.
06:01It's as disturbing as it gets, guys.
06:03But they also crawl across the ground and tuck their wings in to block their face.
06:06They're just, ugh, they're just the worst.
06:08Let's move on.
06:14The Museum of Witchcraft Deathclaw Fallout 4
06:23The Deathclaw is one of the Fallout's most iconic and terrifying enemies.
06:27In the early pixelated games, they were scary, but in 3D, they became towering, lightning-fast juggernauts capable of killing even high-level players in seconds.
06:35But there's one particular Deathclaw in one particular location that is extra disturbing.
06:40In the Museum of Witchcraft, there is one encounter that subverts expectation and scares the living crap out of anyone who experiences it.
06:48As you explore the creaky, dimly lit museum, strange sounds echo through the halls, scraping claws, guttural growls, and distant crashes, creating unbearable tension.
06:59Clues hint at something horrifying stalking the building, and when the Deathclaw finally bursts into view, it's a violent payoff.
07:05Deathclaws don't usually stalk.
07:07So what the hell's going on here?
07:17The Ultrasight Titan Fallout 76
07:20Boasting a base HP of 30,000 and over 70% resistance to all forms of damage, the Ultrasight Titan is a true ammo sponge.
07:43And unlike Earl Williams, there's no workaround. The special Ultrasight ammo made specifically for creatures like this does absolutely nothing.
07:51Bringing down this massive creature requires a coordinated team and top-tier weaponry just to make a dent.
07:57On top of that, it's goddamn disgusting. It's like a mole that's also morbidly obese.
08:01The Master Fallout
08:10The Master easily ranks as the most disturbing character in the Fallout universe.
08:24His appearance alone is nightmarish, an amalgamation of warped flesh and machinery, his form grotesquely disfigured beyond recognition.
08:32His voice shifts unpredictably between his own, a robotic tone, and even a woman's, adding to the deeply unsettling effect.
08:39Having long forsaken any trace of his former humanity, the Master represents a chilling vision of evolution gone wrong.
08:46Remember what I said at the start of this list? Gross to look at, gross to think about. Tick and tick.
