01:12habang kabilang naman sa walong opisyal

01:14ng DPWH,

01:15Davao Occidental District Engineering Office,

01:18si na District Engineer Rodrigo Larete,

01:20Assistant District Engineer Michael Awa,

01:23at anim pang iba pa na section chiefs,

01:25project engineers at inspectors.

01:27Hihingi naman ang whole departure order

01:29ang Office of the Ombudsman pagating sa mga ito.

01:31Dagdag pa dito,

01:32ang mga opisyal ng DPWH na respondent sa kaso

01:35ay pinatawan na rin ang preventive suspension

01:37sa loob ng 6 na buwan,

01:38kasunod na rin ang grave misconduct

01:40at serious dishonesty.

01:45ay walang aktual na konstruksyon na naganap sa lugar.

01:47Respondents certified that the project was completed.

01:52They are found to have falsified accomplishment reports,

01:58issued fraudulent billing documents,

02:01and endorsed disbursement vouchers

02:03that triggered the release of the entire project cost.

02:35that there are proponents in this case

02:42and given the counter affidavits of the respondents,

02:45wala pa po tayo nakikita.

02:46So, we went ahead and filed the case

02:50but that does not stop us

02:52from collecting more evidence

02:54that will show that there are proponents

02:58or higher officials involved in this case.
