00:00so today will be the expert grill I believe this was a Walmart product 17.5
00:08inch charcoal grill don't forget the charcoal it says okay so when it we have
00:18the lid air vent looks like the legs a couple of wheels another hand grip that
00:37must be to open it one to open it and one to open the lid and then one for the
00:44front the grill the stand see that in there lighter color gray and the base
00:54instructions and you got the they label all the bulge with bolts and nuts which
01:03is good so the first thing we do without tightening it let's put on this vent and
01:12put the AF bolt washer and wind on that then you pop in this handle and you'll
01:27use the same wing nuts on that washers oh my mistake the HD washer because there's
01:37already the screws in the handles and we'll get the HD washer and wing nut so you
01:51flip that over just like that okay
02:01lid should be done so we start with the front legs first and that's where the
02:08four holes are now you can see the that would go in towards the bottom and the
02:17other end towards the ground so you see here we have the B screw the H is the
02:28black colored washer they come up and then there's that lighter colored washer same size for the bottom
02:40B H I like that the eye washer and then the leg just screw on the leg B H I so
02:58that's the front legs first now we're gonna go ahead and do the back legs same thing B H I and you'll notice
03:10you'll want these for the wheels you'll want them pretty even you know you can
03:20tighten them later tighten the screws down in there with a screwdriver just hand
03:24tight for now now they have to face the front because the grill goes on now the
03:33bottom grill here you'll see the top part will go on the inside and the you know
03:44probably so you could put things on it or whatever but that'll go through the one
03:49hole here you see over here one hole there and that's got threads and we will be using the
04:01E screws the G washer that's for that you can tell the these will be the chrome wing nuts washers but
04:15you'll have to put the threads where the in the front where the holes are so the threaded end goes there
04:24so facing this is the front nut is on the outside with the washer going through the hole front leg and
04:38across these are the ends with the threads threads in it the wheel would put the inside towards the inside
04:49goes on like this and then the cotter pin and the other two small silver washer
05:12only give you two cotter pins so don't lose these easy enough now that air damper goes up front
05:33that will have the AFC screws washers that way when it's complete you can just take that and
05:42that'll cover the holes I haven't really tighten the screws now that's just like that and the handle
05:54you've got the screws wing nut it should be the last of the screws that's the handle gets the
06:05hd hd hd screws and the charcoal grid which is the smaller one that'll go to the bottom now
06:29you'll have the lid hanging on the just like that when you're cooking I'm so you would face the cooking
06:47grill with the vertically you know facing you you facing it and don't forget about these
06:58feet the two feet so you don't scratch anything if you're cooking yeah right if you're cooking indoors okay
07:15and that should do it now let's take a look at this it's kind of a cheap grill but I guess it wasn't
07:23very expensive lips up
07:26wheel it where you want to go and we're set for the fourth of July have a good one
