Ho chiesto la nomina di un inviato speciale europeo per l’Ucraina, una vera azione diplomatica con un piano di pace europeo e il coraggio di parlare di Eurobond. 02:45We have our external action service, Kaya Kalos, also paying a lot of attention to Ukraine.
