Jeremy Renner is returning to acting just days after the one-year anniversary of the snowplow accident that nearly took his life. The star told Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen during CNN's New Year's Eve coverage that he's headed back to the set of his Paramount+ series 'Mayor of Kingstown' for season three.

00:23Renner has also been busy working on an album titled Love and Titanium that was inspired by
00:27his recovery process following the January 1st, 2023 incident. Music has always been pretty
00:32cathartic and healing for me. The album's first single, titled Wait, was released January 1st,
00:382024, on the one-year anniversary of his accident. The track is dedicated to his daughter.
00:47When Cooper asked Renner what got him through his recovery in 2023, the actor pointed to his family.
00:52I'm just so blessed that I had so many things to live for, brother. You know, I have a giant family.
00:59I have a 10-year-old daughter. Renner said he was celebrating the new year in Reno,
01:02Nevada with all of the family who was with him a year ago. We have a lot to celebrate this year
01:06and kind of recorrect what happened last year and really feel pretty blessed by it.
