00:59We begin with the news.
01:13In Venezuela this Tuesday the draft agreement repudiating the plundering of the Venezuelan
01:18company Sitka by the U.S. government and sectors of the National Fascist Right was approved during
01:24an ordinary session of the National Assembly.
01:26During the session the President of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodriguez, mentioned that Juan
01:32Guaidó and Dinora Figuera approved an additional credit of US$14 million in reference to the
01:39theft of the Sitka Company, an asset of the Venezuelan state.
01:44Likewise, the first Vice President of the National Assembly, Pedro Infante, pointed out that during
01:50the 2015 legislative session the opposition parties participated in this theft and described
01:57what a judge has ordered with respect to the sale of Sitka as a forced sale.
02:02He added that such action demonstrates that property rights are not respected in the United States.
02:09On the other hand, Infante recalled that constant calls and warnings about the United States' intentions
02:15to provoke regime change in Venezuela in order to steal its natural resources.
02:20In this context, the Government of Venezuela, through Vice President Delsi Rodriguez, issued a statement
02:32rejecting a recent U.S. court's decision regarding the approval of the sale of Sitka Petroleum Corporation,
02:39a subsidiary of PDVSA based in the United States.
02:43The statement points out that the legal proceedings conducted by the United States were carried out
02:48to the detriment of the Venezuelan people and considered a disposal of a strategic Venezuelan asset on U.S. territory.
02:56The Vice President emphasized that the Venezuelan Government and PDVSA were excluded from the court proceedings
03:02and their right to defense was denied.
03:05In response, Venezuela announced that it would take all measures at its disposal to bring the promoters and executors
03:12of this disposition to justice.
03:19Curiously, this court has decided to hand over Sitka to a vulture fund,
03:33which is registered in the lobbies that are part of election campaigns and elections.
03:40It is registered as a financer of a high-ranking official in the current United States government,
03:47so that all Venezuelans can get an idea of this theft.
03:53One more added to the theft of the gold from the Bank of England, now an asset in the territory of the United States,
04:00whose value as an asset amounts to approximately $12 billion.
04:05But Sitka was taken over by extremists posing as the Venezuelan government since 2019.
04:12And that company generates approximately between $4 billion and $5 billion every year.
04:18Imagine, not only are we losing an asset of $12 billion, the Venezuelan people,
04:24but since 2019 they have accumulated dividends of approximately $24 billion.
04:30What have they done with that money? They have stolen it.
04:34And after unilaterally ordering the closure of the Venezuelan airspace,
04:44the U.S. government requested the Bolivarian nation's permission to continue with the flights to return migrants.
04:50Precisely, in an official statement shared by Venezuelan Transportation Minister Ramón Velázquez Araguayan,
04:56the Venezuelan Aviation Authority reported it received a request from the U.S. government
05:01to resume repatriation flights for Venezuelan migrants from the U.S. to Venezuela.
05:07In consequence, on the instructions of President Nicolás Maduro,
05:11Venezuela authorized the aircraft operated by Eastern Airlines LLC
05:16to enter the Venezuelan airspace on the Phoenix-Arizona-MiketÃa route
05:21to land at MiketÃa International Airport, as has been occurring on a weekly basis on Wednesdays and Fridays
05:27since the agreement signed between the Venezuelan government and the U.S. administration.
05:32The Venezuelan Aviation Authority closed the official statement
05:35by assuring that this authorization was issued in accordance with the laws
05:39of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and international civil aviation laws,
05:44vowing that the repatriation of migrants to reunite Venezuelan families
05:48through the Return to the Homeland Plan will continue.
05:59And in this scenario, Cuba rejected the intensified U.S. threats and interference
06:04against Venezuela to impose regime change.
06:06President Miguel DÃaz-Canel posted the interference, threats and military aggression
06:12that the United States is preparing against Venezuela to overthrow its legitimate government are unacceptable.
06:19The policy of gun votes and the discredited Monroe Doctrine are part of the neo-colonial past.
06:25Latin America and the Caribbean are a zone of peace.
06:29Meanwhile, in the United States, members of Congress, both Republicans and Democrats are pressuring the Donald Trump administration
06:42to clarify the military attacks on alleged drug trafficking votes in the Caribbean.
06:47A report published in the U.S. media suggests that the Department of Defense may have authorized the commission of war crimes.
06:54In this scenario, the White House was forced to acknowledge that a second attack on a vessel that had already been intercepted
07:01would have killed some of the survivors.
07:04However, Secretary of Defense Pete Heseth never released the video of this attack.
07:09Alerts about the legality of the alleged anti-drug cooperation in the Caribbean have multiplied,
07:15so Congress is demanding answers from Secretary Heseth.
07:19Meanwhile, the leader of the Senate Democrats, Chuck Schumer, has assured that they will block any escalation against Venezuela.

08:10But maybe most egregious is what we learned in the last week that Secretary Heseth gave a grossly illegal order,
08:21an illegal order to kill everyone aboard this vessel in the Caribbean,
08:27an order that ended up with our military not just shooting at the boat,
08:33but then shooting at the human beings who were swimming from their lives amidst the wreckage.
08:40That is not allowed under U.S. law.
08:45It is deeply immoral.
08:48And we simply cannot protect this country adequately.
08:58And in the United States, popular disapproval of Donald Trump's administration rises to 60 percent,
09:04while the government crisis possessed in the North American nation.
09:08According to polls, President Donald Trump's popularity has fallen to 36 percent,
09:13a historic low for his second term as head of state.
09:16The disapproval rating represents the worst record for his administration,
09:21contradicting the supposedly positive assessment of his term in office.
09:26In addition, the National Congress reached an 80 percent disapproval rating,
09:30which increases the lack of institutional credibility.
09:33The poll conducted between November 3rd and 25th in the United States reflects the devastating impact
09:39of the longest government shutdown in the country's history.

10:18and its leader, Philip J. Pierre, on the electoral victory.
10:22Through an official statement, the bloc shared,
10:25this result expresses the confidence of the people of St. Lucia in a political project that has defended social justice,
10:33the welfare of families and the sovereignty of their nation.
10:36Furthermore, the regional bloc highlighted how under the leadership of re-elected Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre,
10:42St. Lucia has played a leading role within the alliance, raising the voice of the Caribbean in the face of common challenges
10:50and strengthening Latin America and Caribbean unity.
10:53ALBA closed the communique by reaffirming its will to continue making progress on the shared plans and projects
11:01along with the government of St. Lucia and keep working together to consolidate a strong Caribbean
11:06and a united, dignified, sovereign and peaceful region.
11:15For its part, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela also congratulated the people
11:19and government of St. Lucia on the general elections in an official statement.
11:24Venezuela expressed its recognition to the St. Lucia Labour Party and its leader,
11:30Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre, for their second consecutive victory,
11:35based on the trust they have received from the electorate.
11:38The Venezuelan government takes this opportunity to reaffirm its unwavering commitment to continue strengthening ties
11:44of friendship and bilateral cooperation with St. Lucia in line with the historic principles of integration and solidarity
11:52that characterises us working to maintain the greater Caribbean as a zone of peace.

12:06The Liberal Party of Honduras denounced Tuesday that the two-party system is imposing an electoral coup,
12:12against presidential candidate Rizik Moncada.
12:15Libre coordinator Manuel Zelaya accused an ex-president Donald Trump of interference
12:20and criticised his pardon to former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández,
12:25who was convicted in the United States for drug trafficking.
12:28Zelaya affirmed that President Xiomara Castro enjoys more than 55% support for her good governance,
12:35Honduras respects her and the world recognises her.
12:38The Liberal Party presented an honest and capable candidate with a strong character
12:43and a deeply democratic campaign based on an economic proposal to liberate the people and break the privileges of the elites.
12:53Zelaya claims that's the main reason of the interference, since they cannot win fairly.
12:59He described the action as a crude, unjust and infamous foreign intervention
13:04to twist the will of the people and stop Rizik Moncada from becoming president.
13:09And we're saying in Honduras, today is after the general elections, it is still unclear who will be the country's president.
13:23The contest remains between the right-wing candidates, Nasri Asfura from the National Party
13:28and Salvador Nasralla from the Liberal Party.
13:31In this context, the Libre candidate Rizik Moncada denounced serious irregularities in the elections
13:36and interference by the United States.
13:39In accordance with these statements, Moncada assures that she will not recognise any winner
13:44until the review of the records has been completed.
13:48In this scenario of political tension, the streets remain calm despite the violence and riots promoted by the far right.
13:55The latest information was released on Monday, when the National Electoral Council reported that 57% of the vote counts have already been released.
14:04According to the electoral code, the final results must be made public within 30 days after the end of the elections.
14:19U.S. President Donald Trump continues his aggressive interference in Honduras and threatens punishment if the announced election results change.
14:26On Truth Social, Trump issued a tidal warning to Honduras National Electoral Council, demanding that the count continue under its own conditions,
14:36and making it clear that any change in the trends could trigger retaliation.
14:41The U.S. President affirmed that the United States will not support Honduras or allocate resources if the next president does not agree with its political agenda.
14:49President Trump insists on intimidating a sovereign country, while clear irregularities are known,
14:55and the period for filing claims and objections under current law is still open.

15:10On Monday, the National Electoral Council of Ecuador officially announced the final results of the popular consultation and referendum held on November 16th.
15:18The figures confirmed the victory of the no vote in the four questions promoted by President Daniel Novoa, reflecting a clear rejection by citizens of the government's proposals.
15:29The proclamation was made in a telematic session after no challenges were filed, and in this sense, the results showed the erosion of the president's narrative

17:40The decision is a response to the sustained efforts of the territorial authorities, which have made it possible to restore infrastructures and guarantee stable conditions for the population.
17:55In this context, the provinces that have already returned to normality will continue their reconstruction work with institutional and citizen support.
