00:00What's up, everybody?
00:01This is Ross Lynch, and today I'm going undercover
00:04on the internet.
00:06It's actually me.
00:12Twitter.
00:14So this is from at chubby cookie.
00:16What did you feel when you played Jeffrey Dahmer?
00:19It was uncomfortable.
00:20A lot of the filming was uncomfortable.
00:23It was a really fulfilling process.
00:26I'm really happy that I did it.
00:27Next up is at gabulous lyrics.
00:31Ross, what was your first day as Harvey Kinkle like?
00:33By the way, congratulations to you.
00:35Excited to see it.
00:36My first day as Harvey Kinkle was pretty fun.
00:40All the early Harvey Kinkle stuff was basically
00:44just flirting with Kiernan, flirting with Sabrina.
00:47It was pretty fun.
00:47I had a good time.
00:49Next up is Vicky Rojo.
00:52Just wondering what is your favorite Sabrina episode
00:54and which one was the most fun to shoot?
00:56Love the first season.
00:57Your acting is unbelievable.
00:59Might be my favorite role you've ever played
01:01after Jeffrey Dahmer.
01:03That's nice to hear.
01:04I think some of the early episodes were really fun to watch
01:08because we did this whole screening in Vancouver
01:11after we shot the first two, and everybody came out.
01:13We rented a movie theater, and we all
01:16watched the first two episodes.
01:18And as far as filming goes, I think my favorite episode to film
01:23was when the Fright Club goes to hell to get Nick back.
01:29I think that was my favorite episode to film.
01:32And there was like fight scenes and stuff.
01:33It was really fun.
01:34Next up is Reddit.
01:36Jazz Sinclair and Kiernan Shipka theory.
01:38Is it true that Hebrina has not been Endgame
01:42just because of Jazz Sinclair's jealousy for Ross Lynch?
01:44No.
01:45No, that's not necessarily true.
01:47That's not true.
01:48This is actually what happened.
01:50Jazz and I were hanging out on set.
01:52We met and quickly became the best of friends.
01:57And the writers on the show saw that,
02:00and they decided that they wanted to write for it.
02:03Because you can't really fake chemistry.
02:05It was pretty magnetic, like we couldn't
02:07get enough of each other.
02:08As writers, you have to follow what's working.
02:12And that's what was working.
02:14Ross Lynch typecast, question mark?
02:16How exactly would you even describe Ross Lynch's type?
02:20I mean, the guy played the leading man on a Disney show
02:23and played a serial killer.
02:24Yeah.
02:26Yeah, I agree with you.
02:27I guess that was kind of on purpose,
02:29because I didn't want to be pigeonholed or typecast.
02:32Now, it's almost at a point where I was like,
02:35like, what's next?
02:36I'll have to be diligent about doing more auditions, I guess.
02:41I've been slacking a little bit since COVID hit.
02:43I'm not going to lie.
02:44Back to Twitter.
02:45At Ethlum Chloe, do you see the cast of Austin and Ally
02:49in Team Beach 1 and 2 double date reunion?
02:52Just want to know if you guys still keep in contact.
02:54I loved Austin and Ally in Team Beach 1 and 2.
02:57I talked to the castmates of Austin and Ally
03:00pretty frequently, actually.
03:01And I just hung out with the choreographer
03:04from Team Beach Movie.
03:05I haven't seen anyone from the cast in a long time,
03:07but I hung out with the choreographer just recently.
03:10He's a really good friend of mine.
03:12Next up is at Danny's Afterglow.
03:15Will you ever paint your nails again?
03:18BFF.
03:18They looked really good last time.
03:20So my mom was going through a rough time.
03:23She had cancer.
03:24And when she was pregnant with me, she worked in a nail salon.
03:30She named me Ross because this little kid came into the nail salon at the time.
03:35It was almost like a sign to her to name me Ross.
03:38So I painted my nails as a, I guess, a notion of love.
03:44I mean, I could see myself painting my nails again, I guess.
03:47Sure.
03:48Next up, at Script Slasher, which is kind of a sick name.
03:53Are you aware that your Team Beach songs on Spotify are credited as Austin Moon?
03:57I can't even really remember why that happened, but it's kind of my fault.
04:05I think it's kind of funny, actually.
04:07It is what it is.
04:08This next name is hilarious.
04:10It's I, Horny Ross.
04:13Can you recommend us some new and underrated artists?
04:16Yeah.
04:17There's this guy named, I think his name is Jay Paul.
04:20J-A-I, and then I guess Paul, like P-A-U-L.
04:25He has this unreleased album from 2013 that's pretty sick.
04:29DIY bedroom artist kind of sound.
04:32The Parcels are a really cool up and coming band.
04:35They do mostly funk, disco sounding stuff.
04:40And the Driver Era.
04:41Check out the Driver Era.
04:43Next up, this one's from No Control Heron.
04:47What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
04:50I've received a lot of advice, but I think the most recent one
04:55that I've really been vibing is no one really knows anything.
04:59Okay.
04:59A good way to summarize this is before Einstein came up with the theory of relativity,
05:03a few years prior to that, people were like, we discovered everything.
05:07And then Einstein came around and blew everyone's minds.
05:10So trust yourself, trust your gut, if that made any sense.
05:16Read books.
05:17That's my advice to you.
05:18Read books.
05:19Are you working on something new in the acting world?
05:22There's always the potential, like Sabrina, where I'll get swept up in a week and then
05:27be in a new country for a year.
05:29But there's nothing on the books right now.
05:31I'm unemployed.
05:33Next up is Sassy Toilet.
05:35Out of the box question, would you ever consider doing theater again?
05:39So I've done like some more like Broadway kind of stuff where it's like mostly musicals and stuff.
05:44And I could definitely do that in the future.
05:46I could see that happening.
05:47But if I were to do theater, I would like the idea of doing it kind of like Philip Seymour Hoffman
05:52would do, where it's kind of like intense acting process, kind of like the off-Broadway,
05:58like small theaters.
06:01We'll see.
06:02Wikipedia.
06:03On March 2nd, it was reported that the Driver Arrow would be a band consisting only of Ross and Rocky.
06:09For the most part, that's true.
06:10There's a lot of people that help bring everything together.
06:17But as far as the band goes, as of now, it's me and my brother Rocky.
06:24This is from Quora.
06:26We don't know what Quora is, but we're finding out.
06:28What is Ross Lynch's vocal range?
06:30I'm not actually sure.
06:31I'm like a band guy, you know, like a singer-songwriter.
06:35But I'm not like classically trained, so I'm not really sure.
06:39I can sing pretty high.
06:41I can sing pretty low.
06:42Why is Ross Lynch considered a Mormon?
06:45I don't think I'm considered a Mormon.
06:47My mom was raised Mormon and is no longer Mormon.
06:52Every Mormon that I've met is pretty nice.
06:54But no, I don't really have any religious title, I guess.
07:00I'm just spiritual.
07:02Does Ross Lynch go to school?
07:04I mean, I went to school.
07:05I'm 25 now.
07:06I was homeschooled most of my life because I moved out to LA and I started working at
07:11a pretty young age.
07:13The Disney Channel was my high school.
07:15Touring was my college.
07:16That's what I like to say.
07:18But yes, I went to school.
07:19Didn't go to college, but I went to school.
07:22Does Ross Lynch write his own songs?
07:24Who writes the songs for R5?
07:26A lot of the songs for R5 I didn't write.
07:29A lot of the songs for R5 I did write.
07:30Almost all the songs that are coming out now I'm writing.
07:34For the most part, I like to be involved in that process or else it just feels kind of phony.
07:41So I have every intention of creating the art.
07:46That's it for Quora.
07:47Next up is YouTube.
07:48Is it just me or did Ross not get the Austin and Ali reference with the,
07:53you made me do a double take?
07:55Or maybe he didn't want to acknowledge it.
07:57I would just probably assume that Kiernan wouldn't know that reference.
08:00Maybe she does.
08:02I don't, I don't know.
08:03I don't, I don't think she would.
08:06I guess we'll never know.
08:07Next up is Instagram.
08:09From AnnLockhart24.
08:12Would you date a fan?
08:13Your partner has to be supportive of your dreams.
08:16So, would you date a fan?
08:19Yeah.
08:20If you aren't a fan of what I'm dedicating my life to,
08:25I don't know if I could date you.
08:27Because that would suck.
08:29Okay everybody, that's it.
08:30Thanks so much for watching Actually Me.
08:32I hope you enjoyed it.
08:34Now I'm signing off the internet.
08:35Have a good day.
