00:00Now, in Croatia, several marches were held against the far-right, motivated by a series of incidents that have fuelled ethnic and political tensions in the country.
00:12A protest took place in four mayor cities, including the capital, Zagreb, where attendees pledged to counter what they described as an attempt by right-wing groups to spread feared and silenced opponents.
00:24In this regard, the protesters declared that they would not accept national minorities being treated as a provocation or any idea of patriotism and demanded the government to stop these groups that draw symbols and ideas pro-fascist, one of the darkest episodes in history.
00:43Moreover, the protesters reported that the extremist incidents targeted Serbian ethnic-cultural events in the capital and in the coastal cities of Split.
