00:12they woke up around 3 30 in the morning to the sound of footsteps coming up the stairs in their
00:17Colorado home. Now some of us might have just frozen in fear right then and there. Not mom and
00:23dad here. Sarah grabbed her phone and called 911 while Kevin went out into the hall to see who was
00:29there. Now he shouted several times for the intruder to leave and when the guy didn't heed the warning
00:33Kevin jumped into action and pushed him down the stairs. Now the police arrived just three minutes
00:38later and took the suspect 36 year old Charlie Cooley into custody. The alleged culprit now faces
00:44a second degree robbery charge. His second arrest of this year and get this he was able to pay
00:52a $500 bond. Yep 500 bucks and he's back out on the streets right now.
