00:05We don't have any of the results because there was a lot of confusion today.
00:13And so, you know, our Democratic Party chair, Cardall Coleman, he beat me to the punch,
00:21as myself and Colin Allred were about to file a lawsuit to keep the voting polls open.
00:32We were able to keep the polls open, but I can tell you now that people have been disenfranchised.
00:39The reason that we knew that there were problems is because we were receiving the phone calls and the emails.
00:44The polls were supposed to stay open until 9, according to a court order.
00:50The Supreme Court, just a few minutes ago, just said, shut it down.
00:56The Supreme Court also said that they are to separate any votes out that came in after 7 p.m.
01:06So here's the deal.
01:08I have no idea how it is that clerks are going to know who was in line by what time,
01:16because the rule is that if you're in line by 7, then you get to vote.
01:21What this means is that we will not know what votes are to be tallied from Election Day out of
01:29Dallas County.
01:30For sure, we won't know that tonight.
01:34So knowing that Dallas County is a big dump of votes,
01:43we, in my opinion, will not know the election results overall tonight.
01:48If it comes in and I'm losing Dallas County, then we know kind of where this thing is going.
01:53So that's my news, is that we're not going to have election results tonight, in my opinion,
02:02based upon what specifically is taking place in Dallas County.
02:10Unfortunately, this is what Republicans like to do.
02:15And so they specifically targeted Dallas County, and I think we all know why.
02:21So, I want you to enjoy yourselves, but I won't be back tonight,
02:28because I have no idea of when we're going to get results,
02:32and I fully anticipate it won't be until tomorrow.
02:36Thank you so very much for being here.
02:40Love you down. I love you down, Dallas.
