00:09Josh Duhamel and Fergie called it quits over different views. The actor gave rare insight
00:14into his 2017 split from the Black Eyed Peas member during the Skinny Confidential podcast.
00:20Duhamel clarified, however, that he has no regrets about his failed marriage to the singer,
00:24whom he divorced in 2019. We have a beautiful son, he gushed, referencing 12-year-old Axel.
00:31The Life As We Know It star went on to compare Fergie to his current wife, Audra Mari,
00:36noting that the Grammy winner and the model are both very different in a lot of ways,
00:40but both really, really great women. Fergie is also very wholesome, believe it or not.
00:45She's very much, you know, especially since she sort of stepped away from it all. She's very,
00:51she's a great mom. Very kind, very non-confrontational, thank God.
00:56As for where the former couple stands now, Duhamel explained,
01:00Fergie and I have a great relationship. She and Audra have a great relationship.
01:04Duhamel moved on with Mari in 2019, popping the question three years later.
01:08The couple walked down the aisle in North Dakota in September 2022,
01:13and their son, Shepard, was born in January 2024. The following year, Duhamel gave more insight
01:18into his and Fergie's breakup on In-Depth with Graham Bensinger.
01:22There wasn't anything wrong with our relationship, he insisted in the 2023 interview.
01:27We had a great time. I think we kind of outgrew each other and had very different interests.
01:31The actor who got a start on the soap opera All My Children also noted he didn't ever really
01:37get comfortable with Fergie's fame. Despite being successful in his own right,
01:41he said he's just not a guy who's comfortable going to red carpets and doing all the Hollywood stuff.
01:48He said he makes a lot of interesse. He said he was dot-comĂźcke,
01:56desierto and ridiculous. He said he's just not a guy who's at Always My Children's
01:59there. He listened to being a Julia Show. These are transient reasons not necessarily
02:00his exchange. The player does not fear a bitch. He ĂŠnorme it.
