Animated favorite 'Rugrats' is getting the live-action treatment. Paramount Pictures is developing a feature adaptation of the long-running Nickelodeon series that will be a hybrid of live-action and CG. 'Saturday Night Live' writing partners Mikey Day and Streeter Seidell wrote the script for the movie titled 'Rugrats' that is based on the animated series of the same name.
