00:06Young and the Restless star Christophe St. John was found dead inside his home on Sunday. He was 52.

00:12A message shared by the Daytime Emmy Awards Twitter account read,

00:15It is with unbelievable sadness that we say goodbye to our friend, Daytime Emmy's winner, Christophe St. John. Rest in peace.

00:22Via social media, St. John's fiance mourned his death. She posted a photo of the pair and wrote,

00:28How did it happen? How? Why did you leave so early and left me alone? I can't believe. You were everything to me.

00:35You were a loving father, a loving man. How love? We should be doing a lot of things in the future.

00:40Back in September, the actor shared a photo of an engagement ring with his 123,000 followers with the caption,

00:46She said yes. St. John won numerous awards for playing Neil Winters on Young and the Restless.

00:52The actor first debuted his character on the show in 1991.

00:55Why would Lily be so destroyed over a one-night stand that meant nothing and happened so many years ago?
