00:30Welcome to I'm A Celebrity Unpacked,
00:35coming to you live from the Australian jungle.
00:38Oh, it's been an eventful day in the camp,
00:39and we are here to dig through it all.
00:41Yes, we are. Today we saw Lisa mining for diamonds in the rough.
00:45We saw emotional letters from home,
00:47and Shona stepped down after less time in office than Liz Truss.
00:51Did I just do a politics?
00:53Yeah, you did it really well.
00:54I think, thank you so much, Cathy.
00:55Well done, Joe. Here's what's coming up on today's show.
00:57I'll be chatting with Eddie,
00:58who has literally just crossed that bridge.
01:00Joining us in the UK is last year's campmate, Dean McCulloch.
01:03We'll be asking your questions to Tom live in the Bush Telegraph.
01:07And we'll be exclusively revealing which campmate has been chosen
01:09for the next Bush Tucker trial.
01:12But first, time to welcome our first special guest is the human Labrador.
01:16Ladies and gentlemen, it's Sam Thompson.
01:18There he is.
01:22Come on in, Sam.
01:25Oh, hello.
01:26Sit down, sit down.
01:28Joe, you're too far away.
01:29Yeah, I know.
01:30We just hugged each other before the show.
01:33How are you today, Sam? You all right?
01:34Oh, so good, man. So good.
01:36It's been so nice being out here.
01:37An incredible show, that was.
01:39Oh, mate. Dude, I cried. I cried.
01:41Yes. At the letters from home.
01:43Oh, that was emotional.
01:44That's wild.
01:45It was such a mad episode.
01:46We had contraband.
01:47We had crying.
01:48We had the letters from home.
01:50We had, like, an amazing person leaving, which is mad.
01:54Dude, do you know what's crazy as well?
01:55I didn't see that coming at all.
01:56Yes.
01:57Eddie's so great, man.
01:59We're going to get stuck into it.
02:00We'll be discussing all of the camp mutiny later on.
02:02But we've just seen Eddie be the second campmate
02:04to walk across the bridge.
02:06Let's have a quick reminder of the moment that they found out.
02:09It's between Eddie and Vogue.
02:11The next person to leave.
02:12I'm a celebrity.
02:13Get me out of here.
02:142025 is...
02:17Eddie.
02:19Lucky him.
02:20Were you surprised to see him go up?
02:22I really was.
02:23Yeah, I really, really was.
02:24He's been such a ray of sunshine in that camp.
02:28And, you know, you've got H and you've got Ginge
02:30and they're doing so much amazing stuff.
02:33And I feel like he managed to keep pace with them
02:35on, like, an energy level.
02:36Yeah.
02:37And then it was really nice to hear his story.
02:38Like, you know, he was talking about his dad.
02:40Yeah.
02:41And then when he got his letter from home,
02:42it was just so beautiful.
02:43I think you're so right when you spoke to Alex yesterday.
02:45And you went, you know what?
02:46You're the first person to come out first
02:48and for there to be, like, no issues whatsoever.
02:50Everyone loved you.
02:51And the same thing with Eddie.
02:52I think he's done so well.
02:54Yeah.
02:55It's a tough year.
02:56It's a really tough year to call.
02:57I think it really is.
02:58Do you think it was the right decision?
02:59I'm going to say yes.
03:00Only because I wouldn't know who else to put in there.
03:02So true.
03:03It's really hard.
03:04No one's coming out because it's like,
03:05oh, they're a little bit controversial
03:06or the public didn't like them.
03:08Everyone is so loved in this camp.
03:09So someone is going to have to go every night
03:11and it's really tough to tell the order.
03:13Do you think it's the right decision, Sam?
03:15To be honest with you, I actually kind of agree with Kemi.
03:17I just, I think they could all go.
03:19Like, I don't know.
03:20All of them together.
03:22All of them together.
03:23All of them two.
03:24But I just wouldn't, I wouldn't know.
03:25If I was sat around that campfire and they were like,
03:27it might, I'd be like, it's probably me.
03:28I think they probably all think it's there.
03:30Yeah.
03:31Which they all get along so well as well.
03:32There's been no sort of like bust ups or anything like that.
03:35Yeah.
03:36It's a joyous camp.
03:37I actually really liked, and this is weird,
03:38we might even talk about it,
03:39but I really liked the Vogue H chat about the cleaning up and stuff
03:44because that was legit.
03:45Yeah.
03:46We'll have to talk about that.
03:47Well, we'll talk about that later on,
03:48but why do you think, why do you think the public didn't vote for Eddie?
03:52Why do you think it was him tonight?
03:54Well, first of all, it's also vote to save, isn't it?
03:57Which, you know, a lot of the time people go,
03:59well, he's going to be fine,
04:00so we will vote to save someone who might actually be at risk.
04:04So that might be the reason.
04:06Also, I don't know, there's other people in there
04:09who just have massive personalities as well, you know?
04:11I mean, look, H and Ginge, we already know,
04:14they're absolutely amazing, top of their game,
04:16they're doing so, so well.
04:17Tomree Wilson is one of the loveliest guys.
04:19Jack has told us so much about his family,
04:21he's mucked in, he's always there with a cooking.
04:23Yeah.
04:24Vogue's so interesting, she's really funny.
04:27She's Irish.
04:28Yeah.
04:29If that means something, she's amazing.
04:31Like, she just did the trial,
04:33so I feel like, yeah, it's anyone's game.
04:36It really is.
04:37But the thing is, with Eddie leaving now,
04:39how do you guys think it's going to actually affect camp?
04:41Because every single person that's come on here
04:43on the Bush Telegraph has said,
04:45Eddie is the one that lifts the mood, lifts the spirit,
04:47is the, like, vibe provider of the camp.
04:50How are they going to find it now?
04:51I think it's going to be, I think it's going to be,
04:53he's like the equivalent of, like, three campmates leaving at once.
04:56Do you know what I mean?
04:57The amount of energy that he gives to that group,
04:59like you said, every single person that comes to the Bush Telegraph says,
05:02Eddie is my man, Eddie is my man.
05:04And I don't think we've necessarily seen that on screen,
05:07but clearly, in camp, he's giving so much.
05:11Do you know what's really, I think that when people,
05:13you'll know this, John, when people leave,
05:15the hole that they leave as well,
05:17when they're as energetic as Eddie, is massive.
05:19Yeah.
05:20It really feels like a sibling's gone.
05:22And so you can see everyone in camp now just probably talking about it,
05:25and, like, actually, you can immediately feel it.
05:28The entire shift happens so quickly.
05:30And then someone's got to fill that gap.
05:32Yeah.
05:33We wonder who it is.
05:34But do you think Eddie was actually expecting to go?
05:38Interesting, isn't it?
05:39Because that's a real tough one to call.
05:40I don't think he was expecting it,
05:42but he said when he said someone's got to go, you know?
05:44Yeah.
05:45And I think it was, with his letters from home tonight,
05:47it was, I feel like I got to see a side of him
05:50that I hadn't seen the entire time he's been in there, you know?
05:52He was talking about his family,
05:53and just seeing him emote like that was really, like,
05:56it was really different for him.
05:57Yeah, I agree with that, Joel.
05:58I think him at the start, to him now,
06:01is, I think, a real, oh, God, I'm going to use the word journey.
06:04But I do, I think it's a proper journey.
06:06And I think when he comes in, everyone's like this,
06:08when you're super energetic, you're like, oh, my God.
06:10And then it slows down.
06:12Everything slows down.
06:13And that was, like, the most pure form, I think,
06:17of Eddie that we've seen over the past few days.
06:20And he's just clearly such a lovely, lovely guy.
06:23Yeah.
06:24And I'm a, it's a bit of a shame, I think,
06:26because I think he was really coming into his own.
06:28We've literally just seen it, like, now.
06:30Yeah, we've just seen it.
06:31I would have liked to see a couple more.
06:33Could have got a little bit more.
06:34Yeah, absolutely.
06:35Fingers crossed.
06:36Now, as always, we want to hear from you lots
06:37to get in touch on socials or message us on WhatsApp.
06:40And we do really love your voice notes,
06:42so please keep them coming as well.
06:44Just go to the app, hit the explore button,
06:46and give us those hottest takes.
06:48Yes, please.
06:49Time for a break now, but when we return,
06:51we've got Tom live in the Bush photograph,
06:53answering your questions.
06:54We'll see you in a minute.
06:55There he is.
07:05Welcome back to On The Celebrity Unpacked.
07:07Time now for an unseen clip.
07:08And here's Kelly having a moaner about Shona.
07:12She had the power.
07:13She had the outfit.
07:14She had all of us in the palm of her hand.
07:17And she's just thrown it all away
07:19for one spoon of butter.
07:21Do you know what I've realised?
07:22I don't even know who Shona is.
07:24Never met her.
07:25I don't even know who she is.
07:27Never met her.
07:28Playing this shy card.
07:29It's all a big act.
07:31But, you know...
07:32See how she reveled in it.
07:33She had the crown,
07:34then it evolved into the toga,
07:36then she's eating better than us.
07:38It's like Marie Antoinette number two.
07:40The minute she put the crown on,
07:41it all went wonky.
07:42It all went wonky.
07:43Yeah.
07:44She still slept like that.
07:45She went power mad.
07:46It went to her head.
07:47It's a case in point.
07:48You know, I can't think of a queen
07:49that would deny themselves a bit of butter.
07:52A bit of butter for the royal slice of bread.
07:54But I think the queen would have shared it.
07:56Ha-ha-ha-ha!
07:58Controversial!
07:59I love that.
08:00We'll be discussing Shona's fall from grace
08:03later on in the show.
08:04But tonight, we saw something that always brings a tear
08:07to the eye.
08:08It's letters from home, guys.
08:09Oh, my goodness.
08:10How incredible was letters from home?
08:12Have you recovered yet?
08:13It was funny.
08:14When I watched it,
08:15I was actually in the makeup chair.
08:16Me and Amanda were like...
08:17I had to literally go like...
08:18Try not to cry all my makeup off.
08:20As she's putting mascara on,
08:21it's like coming back off again.
08:23Yeah, I had exactly the same thing
08:24when they were trying to put mascara on me.
08:26Because it was ruining all...
08:27It just comes straight off, Joel, doesn't it?
08:28Oh, the worst.
08:29Yeah, see, I don't have a trailer,
08:30so I was standing outside yours,
08:32just knocking on the door,
08:33and I was like,
08:34Joel, can I use your lube?
08:35Ha-ha-ha-ha!
08:36Oh, it was so emotional, wasn't it?
08:38Mate, it always is, mate.
08:40And do you know, when they...
08:42Jack, as well,
08:43because it was interesting when...
08:45I can't remember who said it,
08:46they were like, he needs it the most.
08:47Yeah.
08:48And you could see...
08:49He was really good about it,
08:50and you could see that really, really hurt him.
08:51How do you think he handled it, though?
08:52Because I think he handled it brilliantly.
08:53Yeah, same.
08:54Mmm.
08:55He said he was like,
08:56just no emotions around it,
08:57and he's got to deal with it.
08:58But when they were reading,
08:59I love it when they get your best friend in there
09:01to read out the letter for you,
09:03because it hits that little bit harder.
09:05And when H had to hand the letter over,
09:07because he was getting to him...
09:08For Eddie.
09:09And then he handed it to Tom,
09:10who's so eloquent as well.
09:11Yeah.
09:12That whole sort of, like, segment,
09:14I was like, this is just cinema.
09:16Yeah.
09:17It was amazing.
09:18It was a brilliant part,
09:19where you just really get to see how...
09:21Like, they've been such a bonded bunch anyway,
09:23but then that moment,
09:24it's like solidifies how bonded they have become
09:27in that camp.
09:28Yeah.
09:29It's crazy.
09:30Who do you think sort of got the most emotional
09:31out of that bunch?
09:32Well, maybe for that reason I might say H,
09:33because he also got emotional not at his own letter.
09:35Yeah.
09:36I think there was a moment
09:37where someone else's letter's been reading out,
09:38and Ginge just went like that.
09:39Yeah.
09:40Like, it was actually so beautiful
09:41to see those two young guys
09:43probably showing the most emotion,
09:45not just at their own letters,
09:46which, of course,
09:47everyone's going to cry at your own.
09:48Yeah.
09:49But other people's as well.
09:50Like, you can tell they're real, like, empaths.
09:51Yeah.
09:52You know, I'm so interested by when they come out,
09:55because this show is unlike any other show.
09:59Like, you learn so much about yourself in there,
10:02and you form relationships,
10:04and it's so true.
10:05Like, the entire thing is so true.
10:07And, like, I think when you come out,
10:09especially H and Ginge,
10:10I think they're going to come out and be like,
10:11I don't know what just happened,
10:13but it's like therapy in there.
10:14Well, Eddie said that, didn't he?
10:15He said he feels like a changed guy.
10:17I mean, the letters you guys have been in,
10:19did anyone not get a letter in your year,
10:21and how did that go down?
10:23Well, I didn't get my letter to start off with,
10:25because I sort of sacrificed and gave it to other people.
10:27Oh, you're such a good guy.
10:31Really paid off coming second, though.
10:33Really paid off.
10:35Yeah, so I didn't get my letters immediately.
10:37What was so brutal about this one
10:39was that I didn't get mine immediately,
10:41but then I did get it later on,
10:42even though they didn't get it in the challenge.
10:44Whereas this challenge was so brutal,
10:46because they literally saw it being blended in front of them.
10:49No, you're not going to get it back.
10:51Yeah.
10:52It's, yeah, also, I mean,
10:53I actually got my letter as well, to be fair,
10:55and I cried as well.
10:56Like, everyone, everyone cries.
10:58It was so beautiful to see sort of Ginger's head.
11:00Weirdly, it was beautiful to see Ginger's head in his hands,
11:02and, like...
11:03Yeah.
11:04It's just, it's a moment, I think,
11:05that also you realise how far you've come.
11:07Oh.
11:08And you're sat there,
11:09and, like, people, your friends and loved ones
11:10telling you how proud they are of you.
11:12Do you know what?
11:13We never really say how proud we are
11:15of our mates or our family enough.
11:17That's true.
11:18Until there's, like, a big reason.
11:19And now, look, God, they're on one of the biggest shows on TV,
11:21and suddenly, obviously, it's happening.
11:22Yeah.
11:23But, like, you can see how much it means to people.
11:25When someone sits there and just goes,
11:26like, I'm so goddamn proud of you, man.
11:28Yeah.
11:29And, like, it gets me every time.
11:30If my sister ever says she's proud of me,
11:31just when I am round her, it's annoying her.
11:33It really means so.
11:34It's so beautiful to see, isn't it?
11:35I'm proud of you.
11:36I'm proud of you.
11:37I'm proud of you.
11:38I'm really proud of you.
11:39Well done, mate.
11:40I've got space on this sofa as well.
11:41I just feel like I've all to do with myself.
11:42Stretch out, mate. Stretch out.
11:43You've been sending in your questions for Tom,
11:45and we've got him in the Bush Telegraph right now.
11:48Tom, can you hear me, my friend?
11:50Yes, my darling Joe.
11:52My Tom.
11:53My Tom.
11:54It's so good to speak to you.
11:56It really, really is.
11:57We've been given very special permission
11:58to put some viewer questions to you.
12:00So, without further ado,
12:01we'll crack straight on.
12:03This is the first question from Finn.
12:05It says,
12:06What is your word of the day, Tom?
12:08Oh, that's very good.
12:10Oh, I know what it should be
12:12because we're flanked by them everywhere we go.
12:15Bangalow.
12:17Because we have these bangalow palms
12:19with these beautiful silver rings around them
12:22all the way up to the canopy.
12:23God, I love it.
12:24And they're so attractive.
12:26And I think the banga part means water
12:30because they used to carry in banga baskets the water
12:34because it doesn't permeate through it.
12:36It's wonderful.
12:37Oh, my goodness.
12:38I could listen to you all day.
12:39You're unbelievable.
12:40Hi, Tom.
12:41It's Kemi here.
12:42Hello, Kemi.
12:43I've got a question from George.
12:44What's the best word a campmate has taught you?
12:47Vogue.
12:48Oh, am I allowed to?
12:50Yes.
12:51Probably is.
12:52Well, Vogue taught me the Irish yoke.
12:56And the Irish yoke is just things.
12:59So you can have a yoke here, a yoke hither, a yoke yawn.
13:03It's wonderful.
13:04It's very, very versatile.
13:06And H taught me his meaning of messing,
13:10which is sort of a contraction of messing about.
13:12It's sort of like, you know, don't fiddle about.
13:16Just get to it.
13:17Be very direct.
13:18No messing.
13:20And could you say in H's voice?
13:22No messing.
13:24Perfect.
13:26Ralph wants to know which campmate, other than Ruby,
13:29would you like to take down to the pond?
13:31Oh.
13:32Oh.
13:33I think for artistic inspiration, I'd have to take age.
13:37Because one of his songs is called Rain,
13:41and I think he likes a watery theme, you know,
13:44so I think he might get oodles of inspiration
13:47from having a plunge with me.
13:49I love that.
13:50Jill has asked,
13:51what is one thing that would surprise me about you?
13:54Ah.
13:55Oh!
13:56You don't know this, Joel, I don't think.
13:58My dad was nominated for Sports Personality of the Year in 1979.
14:04What?
14:05That's a great fact.
14:07I love that.
14:08That's really good.
14:09We're all Googling it right now.
14:11Hannah says,
14:12what is a camp rule that you would love to enforce?
14:15Oh.
14:16Well, you know,
14:17well, Joel knows this well,
14:18that the bullfrogs start to sing.
14:21Actually, I don't know if they're bullfrogs,
14:23but the frogs start to sing at about 7 o'clock.
14:26And I think then I'd love them to be the undergirding
14:30for a mandatory campfire sing-song.
14:33Because we'd have this sort of,
14:35we'd have this great percussion section.
14:38That's amazing, isn't it?
14:40It really is.
14:41This is a question from Sorica.
14:42It says,
14:43if you had to sacrifice one campmate for chocolate,
14:45who would it be, Tom?
14:47Oh, God, that's so difficult.
14:49Who, if they metamorphosed into a chocolate bar,
14:52would taste delicious?
14:54I think Shona would be so toothsome.
14:58You know, she's naturally sweet.
15:01I think she'd be,
15:02I think every cube would be a delight.
15:05That's a compliment.
15:06I love that.
15:08But just this one quickly.
15:09This is from Sophie.
15:11How is the morale in camp and how do you boost it?
15:14Just quickly, Tom.
15:15Oh, we play games.
15:18We play oodles upon oodles of games.
15:21Oh, amazing, Tom.
15:23You've been absolutely amazing.
15:24What a joy to watch.
15:25Give it up to Tom, everybody.
15:26Keep your questions coming in for all of the remaining campmates.
15:32Time for a quick break now, but don't go anywhere
15:34because we've got Dee McCulloch waiting on the line
15:36to speak to us live from the UK.
15:38Unless he decides not to go through with it.
15:40See you in a bit.
15:50Welcome back to I'm A Celebrity Unpacked.
15:52We saw everything in camp today.
15:55We saw Shona banished to a phone booth
15:57and disrespecting Queen Ruby.
15:59I guess she was done with buttering things up.
16:02Am I right?
16:03I think we need a little bit of a reminder of all of that chaos.
16:07Shona, there is contraband in camp.
16:10You either step down as leader.
16:12What is you?
16:13Or you lose two of the stars won in today's trial.
16:16Oh, no.
16:17Oh.
16:18Deejo! Deejo! Deejo!
16:20Deejo!
16:21Deejo!
16:22Proof it, prove it, prove it, prove it, prove it!
16:24Yay!
16:25Capmates, things are about to change.
16:28Power!
16:29Hey!
16:30Get me a pillow!
16:32Ah, it's so good.
16:34It makes me laugh every time I see it.
16:35It's the most iconic.
16:36It's like a GCSE version of Game of Thrones.
16:38It's just all kicking off.
16:40At the same time.
16:41I loved it.
16:42I feel like they've all gone absolutely mad today.
16:44Yeah.
16:45Like, it was just crazy.
16:46Help me out.
16:47Where do we start with all of this?
16:48I don't even know.
16:49Can we talk about Shona looking like Dobby the house elf from Harry Potter?
16:51Oh, my God.
16:52That sucks thing.
16:53Oh, my God.
16:54Give her a sock.
16:55I don't even know how she made that.
16:56I don't even know what that's made out of.
16:57Is that sheets from the bed?
16:58I don't even know.
16:59She made it herself.
17:00She was like, I've done...
17:01My favourite thing was that she obviously took time.
17:04Things take time down there.
17:05She must have taken hours to make that costume.
17:07Straight off.
17:08And it basically immediately gets taken off her.
17:10It was...
17:11They made a whole thing so much funnier.
17:12I'll tell you what, as well.
17:13Having that megaphone...
17:15I don't know why they're not using it more.
17:17Mate, you know when they have the treehouse megaphone?
17:19Every single five seconds that is getting picked up.
17:22And I'm just talking to the rest of the camp.
17:24I can't believe they're not using it more.
17:26It looks so fun.
17:27Yeah, yeah, that's true.
17:28It just was like...
17:29Sorry.
17:30Have you got it?
17:31I got it.
17:32There was just...
17:33There was so much going on.
17:34Then, obviously, there was the second contraband offence.
17:36Yes.
17:37Which is why Shona got her sort of leadership taken away from her.
17:40What do you...
17:41I don't think anyone's ever been caught for two months.
17:42What?
17:43It wasn't hers, though, was it?
17:44But she used it.
17:45Yeah, Alex just leaving Dubai.
17:47Throwing her under the bus.
17:48I mean, it must have been Alex, right?
17:49We don't know.
17:50It must have been Alex.
17:51Yeah, because no one else came forward.
17:52Yeah, but then we don't know.
17:53Although, would I come forward?
17:54Probably not.
17:55Did you ever sneak contraband in?
17:56No, I was too scared.
17:57Yeah.
17:58I didn't even know you could.
17:59Really?
18:00Yeah, I felt the same.
18:02I was such a...
18:03I'm not a rule-breaker.
18:04You're such a goody-toosie.
18:05I'm such a goody-toosie.
18:06Also, that sort of weird hotel...
18:08Hotel butter that no one really likes.
18:10Is there one thing she left?
18:11Laura.
18:12I like the idea that there's more hotel breakfast stuff in there.
18:15Like, sort of, that conveyor belt that this host comes out on.
18:18Tiny little jams and stuff.
18:19Tiny little jams.
18:20Do you think there was a part of Shona that maybe thought,
18:23I'll sacrifice the stars?
18:24Like, if there was a full house of stars, do you think that...
18:27No, not a chance.
18:28Not a chance.
18:29Because everyone wants to be like...
18:30You don't want to be that person, right?
18:31True.
18:32Well, it was also because there were slightly less stars.
18:34Yeah.
18:35But last time when the person got caught for contraband...
18:37It was full house.
18:38It was a full house.
18:39And one star didn't really make any difference.
18:41But now...
18:42Eight to six.
18:43There was a huge difference.
18:44Can we also talk about Ruby and...
18:46I'll come to it again.
18:47The journey that she's been on has been phenomenal.
18:50This is, like, peak Ruby.
18:52Like, I wanted to see Ruby in this role.
18:54I think it's the Ruby Wax we all wanted to see.
18:57And, like, she's just having so much fun with it.
18:59And it's been, like, the most perfect...
19:00Do you know what?
19:01I think coming in, right, she missed show bits.
19:05Yeah.
19:06You know?
19:07And then, like, just...
19:08She's now just got so deep into it.
19:10Yeah.
19:11That she's, like, playing the part.
19:13And it's just...
19:14And you can see when Anna Decker, like, it might be...
19:16Like, it comes to her.
19:17And she's so terrified of it being her.
19:20She can tell how much she's enjoying it.
19:21She's really enjoying it.
19:22This is the Ruby that I thought we were going to see
19:24when she was first announced.
19:26You know?
19:27This is the chaos that I wanted from day one.
19:29And I'm really excited that, potentially,
19:32this sort of leading role is just what she needs
19:35to get into character to sort of cause that.
19:37I wish it was earlier.
19:38Yeah.
19:39I wish she'd been leader from, like, so much earlier.
19:41But I'm so happy that she is and she's playing
19:43and everyone's, like, kind of playing with her
19:45and everyone thinks it's really fun.
19:46Do you think the power's gone to her head?
19:47Yeah.
19:48We love it.
19:49Yeah.
19:50That's amazing.
19:51How could it not?
19:52Dude, I had Marvin as my camp deputy.
19:54And if I didn't have him, it was going to go west.
19:57We were literally by the pond a bit downstairs,
20:00being like, right, I'm going to be Tony on cooking.
20:02Because I wanted to mix the whole thing up.
20:03You need someone next to you who doesn't let it go to your head.
20:06Yeah.
20:07Because it will.
20:08It will get up there.
20:09I feel like they've really got into, like, everyone.
20:11Like, from H and Jin to the start.
20:13And then it went into Shona and it's just like,
20:15everyone's really embracing the leadership character
20:17and really enjoying it.
20:19Juicing the most out of it.
20:20I'm really enjoying it.
20:21It's like theatre school, isn't it?
20:22Yeah.
20:23It really is.
20:24The reunion and, like, the strikes and stuff like that.
20:26Yeah.
20:27It makes it so much more interesting, I think,
20:28for us to watch it.
20:29And I think, actually, kudos to the boys.
20:31Because they threw...
20:32And when you're the first one,
20:34sometimes you might sort of, like, be like,
20:36I'm just going to be a really good person to do that.
20:38And they went full hog.
20:39Which set the precedent, I think.
20:40It set the precedent.
20:41And now they set a coup.
20:42Then we had the coup.
20:44Let's talk about the coup.
20:45That was...
20:46It's...
20:47I just love that they hate anyone else being in charge.
20:50And they started...
20:51They were like,
20:52we're not going to do the washing up anymore.
20:54What did you make of their reaction of the whole thing?
20:56I mean, I thought it was funny,
20:57but I thought it was ridiculous.
20:58Because everyone else has been doing the same amount of washing up
21:00for days and days and days.
21:01Maybe muttering under their breath,
21:03but not outwardly complaining.
21:04And they're like,
21:05we're done one day, and they're like,
21:06listen, no, we're not going to do it.
21:07We're not going to do it.
21:08Do you know what I find interesting is that I think Vogue,
21:10that tiny little interaction between Vogue and H,
21:13that was legit.
21:14That was an actual annoyance.
21:16And they get on so well that you're always going to have this,
21:19by the way.
21:20I don't know anything to write home about,
21:22but that was genuine annoyance.
21:23And you could see them both biting their tongues a little bit.
21:26But I mean, I don't...
21:27They haven't charmed Vogue, I think,
21:29as much as maybe they charmed other people.
21:30And I mean, she's got three...
21:32She is the personal lady, actually, I believe, is Vogue.
21:35So she's sitting there being like,
21:36I need those dishes clean.
21:37Yeah, but everyone followed their rules when they were the leaders.
21:40So I guess, for her frustration,
21:42it's like she had to do it when they were the leaders.
21:44Yeah.
21:45So it's like, come on, now it's the other side.
21:47Just do your job.
21:48And also she has just kids,
21:49so she's sort of...
21:50She's sort of maybe...
21:51Yeah.
21:52...is sort of becoming that mother role.
21:53Yeah, like, come on, do your washing up.
21:54Do your washing up.
21:55Do your chores.
21:56I've given you this job.
21:57It's interesting, though,
21:58because she was saying there's going to be rats in the camp.
21:59So true.
22:00Like, you genuinely do have to keep it really, really clean.
22:02Mmm.
22:03And I feel like the lads have probably, like,
22:05not kept it as clean as, like, the others probably have.
22:07Yeah.
22:08That's just an age thing, I reckon.
22:09And then you can see the Vogue's, like, pulling them up on it a little bit.
22:11Mmm.
22:12And it's just, I really like those...
22:14And maybe I'm just weird like this,
22:15but I love those tiny interactions that are so real.
22:20Yeah.
22:21And you're like, ah, saw that.
22:22What do you think it was that pushed Agent Ginger over the edge
22:25to suddenly get everyone else involved?
22:27I think...
22:28Okay, I think it's two things.
22:29I think the whole, like, dancing thing,
22:30being made to do the welcome dance.
22:32I think that was...
22:33We spoke about it yesterday,
22:34that Lisa was kind of pushing Ginger a little bit too much.
22:36Annoying me so much.
22:37And then I think it's also the washing ups.
22:39They just are now not the top of the camp.
22:40They're now just not having, like, the best time ever.
22:42And they're like, I don't want to do this anymore.
22:44In a really fun way.
22:45I don't think any of this is serious, by the way.
22:47I think they're having so much fun with it.
22:48But see, they don't want to do chores.
22:49No one does.
22:50I kind of don't blame them.
22:51What do you think of Vogue calling them out, though?
22:54I...
22:55It's got to be done.
22:56You've got to have a fair camp.
22:57Like, they can act up.
22:58And because they're a little double-act in there,
23:00like, I don't think...
23:01If it was one of them going to Martin,
23:03I don't think it would have stuck.
23:04But the fact you've already got two on board,
23:06and then you're like, come on, Jack, get involved.
23:07Come on, Martin, get involved.
23:08Then it jumps up support.
23:10I think Martin and Jack will do their chores.
23:12Regardless.
23:13I don't think Martin knew what was happening.
23:14I mean...
23:15He was like, I'm in.
23:16Because all he said, he went to uni,
23:17and he went, keep it under my hat.
23:18And then he just carried on one and just grinned.
23:20And you're like, you have no idea what he was just saying.
23:22He's just like, yeah, I'll agree with you guys.
23:24Yeah, he's so chill, man.
23:25I love him.
23:26He's so chill, man.
23:27He's just the best.
23:28Well, Vogue's body may have taken an absolute battering yesterday,
23:30but she's still got a fully functioning spine.
23:32Take a look at this unseen clip
23:34of her standing up to Ruby earlier in the day.
23:38Ooh.
23:39Is there any particular reason
23:40you just destroyed the campfire?
23:42No, why are you mushing him up?
23:45She did destroy him.
23:48I know.
23:49She does love what she's doing.
23:51I know.
23:52OK.
23:53Are you two bitching about me?
23:54No.
23:55No, the palm trees.
23:57You're talking about in my bloody right eye,
23:59you're talking about those.
24:00No, I don't want the trees.
24:03Ruby.
24:04Why?
24:05I expected more from you.
24:07I know.
24:08This is exactly what I expected from you.
24:10She got caught out.
24:11It's incredible, but I feel like,
24:13do you think this camp needs someone like Vogue,
24:15who is going to stand up to people like Ruby and call things out?
24:18Yeah, well, before that person was Alex, right?
24:21Alex was the person to call people out.
24:23She was sort of the person to be like,
24:24no, follow the rules.
24:25You've got to do your work.
24:26And because Alex is now gone,
24:28I think Vogue has slipped into that place.
24:30But I love it.
24:31I just love the way Ruby's...
24:32It's like so...
24:33She doesn't know what she's doing.
24:34But, like, she's standing this close to her
24:36and facing her, not even behind her back.
24:38It was just, like, staying at this place.
24:40You bitching about me,
24:41it's just the quickness of palm trees.
24:43I wouldn't know what to do.
24:44I would literally just discompute and just glitch.
24:47Like, and then her and Gin...
24:48Ruby and Ginger are amazing together.
24:50Oh, I love them all together.
24:51They're such a good bunch.
24:52I love it.
24:53It's so fun to watch.
24:54Well, should we see what the people back home are saying, Kevin?
24:57Yes, please.
24:58OK, first up, this is a voice note from Louisa.
25:04I feel like the boys are just hating
25:05that the girls are telling them what to do.
25:07Lisa just wanted a fun dance.
25:09What do you guys think?
25:11Girl power.
25:12Ooh.
25:13Interesting.
25:14I think that's really interesting.
25:15I don't think I'd thought of it in that way,
25:17but I guess when I think the union was, like,
25:19all the blokes to...
25:20It was all the blokes together.
25:21Yeah.
25:22Whoa, that flies in my grill.
25:23Sorry.
25:24I don't know.
25:25I think it's like boys having, like, a fun time.
25:27I hope and I wouldn't have thought that it's malicious enough
25:29to have purposefully exclude any of the girls.
25:31Yeah, I suppose it is a cliché of, like, the boys just being like,
25:34I don't want to do the washing up.
25:35Yeah, like, stop making me do it, Mum.
25:37Like, let Lisa, let Ruby, let Shona have, like, fun.
25:40I don't know if I'd like to do the dance.
25:42Do you not want to do the dance?
25:43Do the dance.
25:44I can't actually remember the dance, but...
25:45Do the dance.
25:46Doing that every day, I'd be like, you know what, I'm not sure.
25:50I weirdly, and I don't think anyone will think
25:52this is actually true about me, but this is genuine,
25:54I hate forced fun.
25:56Do you?
25:57Yeah, I don't like forced fun.
25:58I feel like you're a forced fun kind of guy, Sam.
25:59No, I'm a forced fun guy.
26:00You give off that vibe.
26:02Joy, one of the guys just recently off-set went,
26:04are you ever just not Sam?
26:07But I don't actually like...
26:08I like chaos, but, like, forced fun sucks.
26:10So this is a little bit too much fun.
26:12Yeah, yeah, yeah.
26:13You know what everyone...
26:14Interesting.
26:15This is great.
26:16Get a real insight.
26:17What else have we got, Kevin?
26:18A WhatsApp from Jermaine says,
26:20another contraband.
26:21Now, they only have their stars taken away at this point.
26:23No more, Mr. Nice Jungle.
26:25No, but that's serious.
26:26That's legit, by the way.
26:27I'm actually a bit disappointed, and I might be having a word.
26:29I feel like we need to take food away.
26:32They're smashing the trials so much.
26:34I want them to be hungry,
26:36because, like, you saw that tiny little thing about Vogue and H.
26:39Imagine that if they're starving.
26:41Yeah.
26:42You want, like, half the stars taken away.
26:44They've got 30 contrabands in there.
26:46Yeah, that is the thing.
26:47They really have had a lot of contraband.
26:49Yeah.
26:50You took away one star?
26:51Yeah, yeah.
26:52I wonder what the whole meal got.
26:53I mean, it's the rule of three, isn't it?
26:54Three strikes.
26:55They've now had three strikes.
26:56You're out.
26:57They've had, like, the butter, they've had the air freshener,
26:59and they've had the salt.
27:00That's three strikes, man.
27:01They need to...
27:02I mean...
27:03Won't actually be having a chat with a man today.
27:05We'll probably just be trying to hug.
27:06But other than that, you know, we'd like more stars gone.
27:09Well, keep those thoughts and opinions coming, people.
27:12Now, Tom may have had an incredible vocabulary,
27:15but if you asked him some last year's camp,
27:17he would only have one word, and that word is Dean.
27:20And guess who we've got live from the UK right now?
27:23It's Dean McCulloch, everybody.
27:25Woo!
27:26Dean, are you there, my friend?
27:27Hey, how's it going?
27:30Yeah.
27:31Emily!
27:32Yeah!
27:33This is so good.
27:34How are you? You all right?
27:35I'm really good.
27:37I'm absolutely loving this series.
27:38This is the best show on TV.
27:40I'm loving it.
27:41Before we chat about this series,
27:42let's have a quick look at your jungle highlights from 2024.
27:46Here we go.
27:47Work it, baby.
27:48I didn't know that I had it in me to face the fears that I've faced.
27:55Oh, my God!
28:00You don't want to scare the snake.
28:02It's all about veneers.
28:04Stop!
28:05I must let me get me out of here!
28:06I must let me get me out of here!
28:07Stop, stop, stop!
28:08I think I've done enough trials.
28:10I can't be kidding me!
28:13Wow.
28:15So many, Dean.
28:16Can you believe it's been a full year already?
28:20I can and I can.
28:21It feels like it's gone so, so quick.
28:23And I just remember this exact feeling this night last year.
28:27And it just feels so weird.
28:29It just...
28:30It's gone...
28:31It's been such a world-winning year.
28:33It's still the best thing I've ever done in my life.
28:35Ever!
28:36You've had such a brilliant series.
28:37The campmates are amazing.
28:38What do you make of this year's series and this year's campmates?
28:42Oh, Kemi, I absolutely love them.
28:44As soon as I saw that line-up, I was like, this is incredible.
28:48I'm not sure how I would have done in this camp.
28:50I think that it's very male-dominated.
28:54Like, I feel like H and James, they're just amazing TV, chef's kiss.
28:59But, like, I had GK and Maura and Oti and Colleen in order to bounce off last year.
29:05Yeah.
29:06And, like, we all...
29:07It was just a different camp.
29:09It was a different camp.
29:10But I'm loving watching them.
29:11And I'm just loving watching Ruby Wax.
29:13Like, Ruby Wax, I would just watch her all night.
29:16Yeah, she's making us laugh so much.
29:19What did you make about all of the camp leader drama today?
29:22This is what I'm A Celeb is all about.
29:25Because the tables can turn in that camp so quickly.
29:28Like, one day you're doing the dishes and one day you're on the throne.
29:31Like, it's nuts.
29:32And actually, because there's been quite a few different camp leaders,
29:36now you're starting to see how that changed the dynamic.
29:39Like, Joel and Sam, you'll know this.
29:42Like, your friend telling you what to do is so bizarre.
29:46Because you're like, well, hold on a minute, we're friends.
29:48Like, and then you remember that they're the leaders,
29:50you just have to go along with it.
29:51Like, it's so weird.
29:53But I love Shona.
29:54Like, I love the fact that she had, like, the burning of the leaf.
29:58Like, that was just pure cinema.
30:00I have to rewind it a lot.
30:02It was like TV moment of the year, surely.
30:05But she, right, you...
30:07It's fair to say that you didn't sort of enjoy doing the chores yourself.
30:11What do you think of H and Jin's trying to sort of avoid doing the washing up?
30:15No one likes doing the chores.
30:18No one.
30:19But as I learned very quickly, and actually more when I got out,
30:23the worst thing you can do is complain about the chores
30:26because everyone just thinks you're lazy.
30:29Whereas, actually, I think what they're doing this year,
30:31which is what we did last year, was like, we're playing with it
30:34and having fun with it because, at the end of the day,
30:37the chores need to be done.
30:38But I think it's, like, last year, I said, like, I hate my job.
30:42Like, we all hated doing the water.
30:44We all hated doing the dunny.
30:45And I think it's okay that the boys are, like, revolted against it
30:49because we love watching that at home.
30:51Like, you can say what you want on Twitter,
30:53you can say what you want in the comments, but it's bloody good TV.
30:56Yeah.
30:57It was so good.
30:58I'll tell you what is good TV.
30:59Contraband.
31:00We remember your teabag scandal from last year.
31:03What do you think of Shona keeping their butter for herself?
31:07No, see, this isn't good because if you bring Contraband at the camp,
31:11like, you have to share it with everybody.
31:13Like, there's no point bringing it in if you're not going to share it.
31:16I don't really understand that.
31:17But, like, will we ever find out where she got that butter from?
31:20Because those wee butter things, like, they're nowhere near the jungle.
31:24Someone had to bring that in.
31:26Yeah.
31:27Absolutely.
31:28Like, where does she get it from?
31:29Where does she...
31:30I'll never forget your teabags last year.
31:31Yeah.
31:32You couldn't have made it more obvious.
31:33Yeah.
31:34Basically, the only person who made it more obvious
31:35than Alex Scott putting salt into the meals.
31:37Just like, I've got teabags.
31:39I've got the teabags.
31:41I just didn't think that they filmed absolutely everything.
31:45Oh, yeah.
31:46Oh, yeah.
31:47Absolutely.
31:48Just quickly, let's talk about the trials.
31:49How good was Lisa today?
31:50She was brilliant, wasn't she?
31:52Oh, my God.
31:53Lisa absolutely smashed it.
31:54And you can tell that it really meant a lot to her to do those trials,
31:57because she's not had one yet.
31:58And we've all been voting, like, Lisa, Lisa, Lisa.
32:00So, yeah, she did amazing.
32:01But I wish that I had have done what Lisa did last year
32:05and, like, been proud of myself for bringing back two stars,
32:08but being even more proud of myself for bringing back the ten stars
32:12in my head.
32:14Dean, finally, do you have your winner yet?
32:17Oh, my God.
32:19It changes every day.
32:20I mean, Ruby Wax, I would love Ruby to win.
32:22It's been a while since a lady has won the show,
32:24so I would love Ruby to win.
32:26But I would be happy with Tom.
32:28Or, I mean, I think H or Ginge has it in the bag.
32:31Like, I see the fans online.
32:33Like, everyone loves them.
32:35But, yeah, I think I would quite like a girl to bring it home this year.
32:38Girl power and all of that.
32:39I love that, Dean.
32:40Thank you so much for being on the show.
32:42Give it for Dean, everybody.
32:43Thanks, Dean.
32:44Lovely stuff.
32:45So, Eddie is the second campmate to leave the jungle
32:48and Kemi is going to grab him for their first chat right now.
32:51See you later.
32:52Off you pop, Kemi.
32:53Come back after the break for that chat and much, much more.
32:55See you in a few.
32:56Have respect.
33:04Welcome back to Unpacked, everybody.
33:06Time for another unseen clip.
33:08Rappers are often seen in da club.
33:10The H is more used to a bar.
33:12Take a look at this.
33:13Two juice, one lime, OK?
33:16I got my first platinum record when I was 19.
33:27I was a gold medal gymnast.
33:32And when I was younger, I broke my leg falling off scaffolding.
33:40Which one is the lie?
33:42It's gymnast.
33:43Scaffolding.
33:44Scaffolding is a lie.
33:46Hang on, hang on, hang on.
33:47What did you say?
33:48You have to agree as a three.
33:49It's gymnast, but it's...
33:50Gymnast is a lie.
33:51No, I think he was a gymnast.
33:52He was a gymnast.
33:53He was a gymnast.
33:54He was a gymnast, definitely.
33:55Yeah, yeah.
33:56What made you think that?
33:57I just feel you would be.
33:58Your physique.
34:01You bang on?
34:02Yeah.
34:03What?
34:04He was a gymnast.
34:05What?
34:06I absolutely love that.
34:07He's a gold medalist.
34:08Can you just imagine him just like finishing a move and go like this, going, Manchester!
34:12I just can't imagine H doing that.
34:14The pommel horse, whatever it's called.
34:16So we finally got to see Lisa do a trial and she really delivered.
34:21Here's a reminder.
34:22Oh, my God, it is pitch black.
34:25Ah!
34:26Oh, my God, there's rats.
34:27Oh, my God, oh, my God.
34:28What's that?
34:29Is that a camera?
34:30Don't pick up the cameras.
34:31We need that.
34:32Yes.
34:33Hold on.
34:34That's a fake.
34:35Green ants in there with you.
34:36Oh, everything's biting me now.
34:37Ha, ha, ha.
34:38What's that?
34:39That's a real one.
34:40I've got one.
34:41Yeah, slip it in your sack.
34:42Oh, boys, you're exciting me in this tunnel.
34:44Hold on.
34:45One, two, three, four.
34:46No, that's a fake.
34:47Check the walls.
34:48Oh, the wall.
34:49The wall.
34:50The wall.
34:51One minute left.
34:52No.
34:53Oh, hold on.
34:54What's it?
34:55Yes.
34:56That's a real one.
34:57Diamonds really are a girl's breast friend, eh?
34:58Not when you're covered in this shit.
34:59Get the bloody nap after this.
35:01Ha, ha, ha.
35:02We've been waiting for her to do a trial.
35:03Yeah.
35:04Were you sort of pleased with how well she did?
35:06I really was, man.
35:07Like, you could tell she really wanted to do one as well.
35:09Yeah.
35:10And, man, I think, I'm pretty sure those are the two things that she's most frightened of.
35:14Yeah.
35:15And she absolutely nailed it.
35:16And that's what the camp is so close together that she obviously just didn't want to let
35:19anyone down.
35:20And I love it when people are doing trials and they narrate it themselves.
35:24Yeah.
35:25So when they talk to themselves, it's so much better.
35:27She has such a sweet voice as well.
35:28She does.
35:29When she was doing it, she was, like, just narrating the whole thing.
35:32The entire time, I was like, oh, imagine if she was, like, the voice of, like, an animated
35:36rat or something.
35:37A rat?
35:38She just has that beautiful voice.
35:39You could have given her anything.
35:40I know.
35:41Rats.
35:42Maybe a cuter animal.
35:43I don't know.
35:44I don't know.
35:45I don't know what the hardest trials is, yeah?
35:46Do you think?
35:47For her, absolutely, yeah.
35:48Just because of what I know that she's scared of.
35:50I mean, look, dude, we both have green ants, man.
35:52Oh, my God.
35:53Green ants are so, like, they're bitey.
35:56Yeah.
35:57And I could see them crawling all up her arms and stuff.
35:59And she just didn't let it faze her at all.
36:01Yeah.
36:02Do you think the darkness sort of makes it worse?
36:04Or do you think it makes it better?
36:06Because in one side, I sort of go, like, oh, my God, it's really horrible.
36:09You can find space is darkness.
36:10I'm scared of the dark as a four-year-old man.
36:12And so...
36:15Not even a lie.
36:16Not even a lie.
36:17I'm scared of the dark and confident woman.
36:18And, um, it's, uh...
36:20And do you think it makes it harder or easier?
36:30Because if you're in the dark, you can't see what you're approaching.
36:33Dude, all you have to do is plonk me in the sea,
36:35and the moment my foot touches anything, I panic.
36:39So I don't like not being able to see and then touching things.
36:41It's horrible.
36:42So, like, I'd much prefer it to be light.
36:44Interesting.
36:45Dude, if you're, like, if you're paddling in the water
36:47and something touches your foot in the sea, do you not freak out?
36:50Yeah, yeah, to be fair.
36:51It's the same thing with Lisa.
36:52If it's dark and you put your hand in something,
36:54you have no idea what that is.
36:56It depends if that thing that's touching me is a confident woman.
36:58Yeah.
36:59In which case, I'm all over the shop.
37:00It was also the happiest star count I think I've ever seen.
37:04Look at her face!
37:07Do you know what?
37:08She's pure joy, man.
37:09Like, if you look at her face there,
37:11that is someone who has such a beautiful soul.
37:14Yeah.
37:15And you can see through the smile.
37:16I mean, I'm no psychologist.
37:17But, like, I feel like you can look at her face and be like,
37:20you are a lovely, lovely lady.
37:21She is.
37:22And I think she's enjoying it so much.
37:24And this is what I think this show is all about.
37:26It's getting people from completely...
37:27You've got H in there, you've got Lisa in there,
37:29and everyone's come together and, like,
37:31the happiness on her face just shows how great a show this is.
37:34Yeah, that's the happiness on the face of someone
37:36who got eight out of, like, ten stars, was it?
37:39Yeah.
37:4011 stars.
37:41She's just...
37:42Just what a joy...
37:43Everything she does, even with the letters,
37:45with the trial,
37:46she just shows everything on her face.
37:49I mean, she's the perfect actress.
37:50She just emotes so much.
37:52She actually got really emotional today after the trial.
37:55It just...
37:56It meant so much to her.
37:57Yeah, and I think that's the thing as well,
37:59when you get picked,
38:00when you sort of, like,
38:01have to put yourself forward now as well,
38:03I think that you have that extra little onus
38:05to go and do something for everybody.
38:06But also, when are you ever going to
38:09do something like this,
38:11I feel like it's not Lisa's strong point in, like,
38:13I know it's not,
38:14being in dark enclosed spaces and...
38:15Yeah.
38:16You know, she's...
38:17So, to go through something like that,
38:19I think you are really proud of yourself, aren't you?
38:21And you come through and you go,
38:23this is something I might never do again.
38:24Yeah.
38:25And you want to make the best of it you possibly can.
38:27So it does get a little bit like that.
38:28And Anna Decker there.
38:30Yeah, well, true.
38:31Do you know how fun it is having them in your ear?
38:33Yeah.
38:34And you're like, oh, my God!
38:35Like, it's so cool.
38:36And she would have felt the exact same way.
38:37I know exactly what you mean.
38:38Well, the campmates have been voting for who is doing the next trial
38:41and we can now exclusively reveal who they've picked.
38:45It is going to be...
38:46Ruby.
38:47Yes!
38:48Come on!
38:49And she will be facing the Misfortune Tellers.
38:51Ruby will have to take on six Misfortune Telling machines.
38:55Well, they'll have to Misfortune's red.
38:57They'll have to find stars within the machines,
38:59but each one will contain the likes of lizards, eels, green ants, spiders,
39:04cockroaches, mealworms, crickets and snakes.
39:08Yes!
39:09Everything.
39:10Yes!
39:11It is going to be absolutely incredible for Ruby.
39:13Again, at this perfect time where she's starting to really enjoy herself.
39:16No, give a green ants.
39:17Give a green ants as well.
39:18Give a green ants as well.
39:19I want green ants.
39:20I want eels.
39:21They've got the whole shebang on that as well.
39:22They've even got the snakes at the end just to really round it off.
39:25Mate, that is tough for anybody.
39:27I cannot wait for that.
39:29I think it's perfect.
39:30I think Ruby is the perfect person to do that.
39:32Shall we find out if Kemi has found Eddie down at the truck cleaning?
39:36Kemi, how are you getting on?
39:37Hello.
39:38Yeah, I'm here.
39:39And I've just spotted Eddie.
39:40Come in, take a seat.
39:41I think...
39:42Oh, my...
39:43Come on, it's Eddie.
39:44Yay!
39:47Hey.
39:48That's the reception you want after coming out of the jungle, isn't it?
39:50Absolutely.
39:51But it sounds like those birds that kept us up every night.
39:54Oh, is it kind of triggering for you?
39:55A little bit, yeah.
39:56I'm sorry.
39:57Everyone keep it down.
39:58I missed them.
39:59I missed them.
40:00No, thank you, guys.
40:01Hushed applause, hushed applause.
40:02How are you feeling right now?
40:03You've literally just come out of the jungle.
40:04I don't know how I feel, Kemi.
40:06It's so weird, because I'm really...
40:08I'm really happy to be outside, but I'm also really sad to leave.
40:11Really?
40:12You know, it almost felt like you were just ill-prepared.
40:14Really?
40:15Yeah, you know, because you expect it every night.
40:17Even when, you know, when I was under immunity when Alex left,
40:21so you kind of knew that you had an extra day at the very least,
40:23but this time round, you just prepared for it.
40:26The night before I prepared for it, I tried to take stuff in,
40:29but you just, until when your name is mentioned,
40:31and it's such a rush, suddenly...
40:33Do you think everyone will be feeling that?
40:34I think so.
40:35Everyone will be panicking tonight?
40:36Absolutely.
40:37Absolutely.
40:38They will be panicking, because it's such a rush.
40:39Suddenly you go, you just go.
40:40You just leave quickly, and it's like...
40:42Yeah, and then it's so distant.
40:45They're so distant at the moment.
40:47They're so far away from just there.
40:48Oh, my God.
40:49But I could still see Ruby.
40:50Ruby was sitting there.
40:51Could you see her when you crossed the bridge?
40:52I could see her, yes.
40:53I mean, but obviously you had your bestie, Deji, on the bridge.
40:56How was it seeing him?
40:57You know, Deji, Deji's like my younger brother.
41:00You know, the only thing we don't share is blood.
41:02Honestly, I've known him since he was 12 years old,
41:05and he has sacrificed himself for me, not just in terms of my career,
41:09just me as a person, and the things that we've been through.
41:12Honestly, I couldn't have shared that moment.
41:15I love my family dearly, but I couldn't have shared that moment
41:17with anybody else, because he's the most selfless person
41:20I've ever met, you know?
41:22He didn't have to be there for me.
41:24He could have gone out with his own life,
41:25but he's been the person that would be like,
41:26Bro, don't worry. We'll get there one day.
41:28Something will happen. Don't worry, man.
41:30Yeah.
41:31And here it is, and it was such a beautiful embrace.
41:33I mean, now that you are out, what's the first thing you're doing
41:35when you're going back to that hotel later on?
41:37I need to FaceTime my door. I don't know what time.
41:40It must be pretty late, but I either wake her up
41:43or just take her to her room, take the phone to her room.
41:45I just want her, I need to see her.
41:47Well, we'll get you to do that in just a few minutes' time.
41:49Are you going to be doing any deep-sea diving here in Australia?
41:52Because we saw you in your water trial.
41:54I thought you overcame a fear there a little bit.
41:56More than. Because, listen, when I saw those crocs,
41:58Kemi, when I saw those crocs and I saw the snakes,
42:01I said, it's over. I couldn't breathe anymore.
42:03You're a mannequin.
42:04Yeah, because I thought I worked out a technique,
42:05and I thought, ooh, my little one's going to be proud.
42:07After that, oxygen left me, boy.
42:08You did pretty well.
42:09We've actually just found out, you won't know this,
42:11that Ruby is going to be doing the next trial.
42:14How do you think she's... Look at this face.
42:15What is she going to be doing?
42:16It's Miss Fortune Tellers.
42:17There's all the critters in the world.
42:19Cockroaches, spiders, a lot.
42:21Can I be honest with you?
42:22I feel sorry for those animals.
42:24Did you see what she did to the snakes?
42:25Oh, yeah.
42:26Oh, my...
42:27The snakes weren't doing their thing,
42:28and Ruby just kept straightening them out, like rulers.
42:30Like, yeah.
42:31I feel sorry for them.
42:32A little bit.
42:33But, hey, I'm happy Ruby's gone out there.
42:34She's a champion.
42:35She is.
42:36I think she's going to do really, really well.
42:37It'll be good to see.
42:38She'll feed the family.
42:39Now, Eddie, you might remember,
42:40before you went into the jungle,
42:41you surrendered your favourite ever snack
42:43to the Unpacked team.
42:44I've got a little present for you.
42:45Call me Mrs Christmas.
42:47Come on, Ken.
42:48This is for you, my darling.
42:49Unwrap that.
42:50And you've got to tell us what is in there.
42:52Oh.
42:55Hey!
42:56Do you know what, yeah?
42:57They tried to give me some gummy bears,
42:59and I promise you,
43:01I tried one and I couldn't,
43:02but this...
43:03Were those originals.
43:04Were those originals, man.
43:06Magic moments.
43:07And that's just like...
43:08Can I...
43:09Honestly, tuck straight in.
43:10Tuck straight into your little old man suite.
43:12I love it.
43:13I love it.
43:14Sorry, no shade.
43:15You just come out.
43:16I just cannot get a bite by them.
43:18I'm going to lie to you.
43:19I've got three life duties.
43:20Yeah.
43:21All right.
43:22Will you shove a load into your gob?
43:23Give it up for Eddie, everyone.
43:28I love that.
43:29Thank you, Kemi,
43:30or Mrs Christmas,
43:31as we're now calling you.
43:32Sam, before you go,
43:34who do you think is in danger tomorrow?
43:36Oh, Joel, I hate it
43:37when you ask me this question,
43:38because I don't know.
43:39It's such an amazing camp.
43:41Um...
43:42I could possibly see,
43:44which is crazy,
43:45because she's such a strong character.
43:47And maybe with Eddie leaving out,
43:48it gives her a little bit more room
43:50to breathe
43:51and sort of have a bit more energy around the camp.
43:53But maybe Vogue.
43:54Yeah.
43:55Maybe Vogue,
43:56because I haven't seen much today.
43:57Actually, it's probably the most I've seen for her.
43:58Yeah, yeah, yeah.
43:59Since she came in.
44:00Um, but I'd probably...
44:01Oh, maybe Kelly.
44:02Maybe Kelly.
44:03Yeah.
44:04Maybe Vogue.
44:05I think those two are definitely up there.
44:06Martin, I think, also,
44:07he's not...
44:08He seems to have such a loyal fan base.
44:10Martin's going nowhere.
44:11Martin could say nothing.
44:13Interesting.
44:14And get to the final.
44:15Yeah.
44:16He's still the most beautiful man on the planet.
44:17He is so beautiful, isn't he?
44:19Oh, my God.
44:20Those eyes.
44:21I don't think he's stopped smiling since he got in there.
44:23And I love that about him as well.
44:24Do you know what?
44:25I sent Roman a photo of me and his mum down there
44:27with the friends and family.
44:28And Roman literally just...
44:29I'm watching you on there, mate.
44:30Why are you covering the hairline with the glasses?
44:32I love that we're all texting Roman at the same time
44:35he's doing our show.
44:37It's absolutely great.
