00:00How was it to be on the other side of the camera and direct something?
00:03It was really, really lovely.
00:06Yeah, I don't know how many words I have to describe it, but I'm really grateful for the opportunity.
00:11I loved working with my fellow cast members from that vantage point
00:17because it really just gave me so much more appreciation for how good they are.
00:23They are so good, and I got to experience that from a third eye view.
00:28Lionel was banned on set.
00:30Lionel was banned from set on my episode, sadly.
00:33Would that be known between both?
00:34Yeah, all outlets must know Lionel was banned.
00:39What was kind of your directorial style?
00:42Did you take inspiration from anyone that you had worked with before?
00:44I just kind of took cues from Chris, I think.
00:46I think the energy kind of goes from top down,
00:50and so I think I don't know what my style is,
00:53but I tried my best to just be in a good mood
00:57and trying to talk decently to people
01:00because that, I think, can do a lot for how the workday flows.
01:06And what is it like for you guys walking around Chicago now?
01:08Are you guys like the Beatles?
01:10I don't think we're like the Beatles.
01:12I don't know if anybody's like the Beatles.
01:15I think we're like us,
01:16just that people sometimes see us in a restaurant,
01:18and they're like,
01:18oh, you're from the show about a restaurant,
01:21and you're in a restaurant,
01:21and you're like, yeah,
01:23and that's pretty much it.
01:24It's amazing.
01:25Yeah, no, it's amazing.
01:27It's amazing.
01:28If you're excited, I'm happy for you.
01:30Yeah.
