00:14Jurassic World Dominion roared into theaters this weekend, biting off $145 million at the domestic box office.
00:21Globally, the film finished Sunday with a total of $392.4 million.
00:25The doomsday clock might be about out of time.
00:34As for its domestic numbers, the summer tentpole came in narrowly behind 2018's Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom,
00:40which opened to $148 million, and notably behind 2015's Jurassic World, which earned $208.8 million its opening weekend.
00:49However, Dominion does boast one of the biggest openings of the pandemic era.
