Daniel Farke reveals Leeds injury issues ahead of clash with Man City side with “point to prove”

Daniel Wales reports ahead of Leeds United’s trip to face Manchester City in the Premier League, with Head Coach Daniel Farke highlighting some of the current injury problems his squad are facing. The Whites are coming up against a Manchester City side who have lost their last two matches, which Farke was wary of.

00:12This comes out a very bad time for Daniel Farker's squad

00:23Ahead of the game, Farker revealed the extent of his side's casualties.

00:33but Anton Stach will definitely miss the Man City game

00:37due to his following of the concussion protocol

00:40so he will just be allowed, if everything works in our favour

00:45and everything works smooth, to be allowed to return back to team training on Sunday.

00:50So for that he will definitely miss this game.

00:54Sadly, Sean Longstaff also will miss the game.

01:18Normally I like to play this type of teams after the Champions League game.

01:53meaning some of his big names will be fresh

01:56to face Leeds United at the Etihad on Saturday afternoon.

02:00Daniel Farker's side therefore are in for a tough game.

02:05Leeds need to start picking up points from somewhere though

02:08and whilst at the Etihad is unlikely

02:10it would be quite the place to start.
