One thing to be very aware of near a home are the stores and what’s important to different people certainly a supermarket that’s close by is amazing.
As well as, the other box stores whether it be Walmart or Home Depot or Lowe’s, but when the homeowner and also the buyer knows how close everything is — including churches — it makes a difference.
So keep that in mind.
Just be aware of it because you never know just one mention of a particular place to go can make the difference in the sale of your home.
This particular store offers the homeowner so many different things as far as plantings around the house, outside, inside, and of course the food is just amazing.
