00:09because you are amazing so just 2018 whirlwind year for you reflect on it a little bit oh it's

00:15been nuts like if we go through photos in your phone every once in a while when you're bored

00:19and then looking at everything that has happened in 2018 and in the beginning of 2019 is crazy how

00:25many things happen it's so it's it's a lot to take in lots of taken and your fans are just crazy

00:32about you they are crazy about you what do you have to say to say to them right now well you know

00:37the cbs thing came out there was a thing and i cried on tv and that happens sometimes uh and the

00:41response that my fans gave back was was so overwhelmingly full of love and they're i know

00:47they're crazy i know they're rabid i know they're thirsty like i am but they are the absolute i mean

00:53country music has the best fans in the world anyway but specifically mine my tribe is just

00:58they are crazy cool crazy and i love them i love your music girl going nowhere i truly honestly was

01:05coming back from an event the other day and i sat in the back of the cab and i sobbed when it came on

01:09because i never took the time to sit and think about you know just it makes you sit and think about

01:16where you have been and where you are now do you listen to that yourself and think the same thing

01:24i've probably played it close to a thousand times now and it's one of those songs that i try not to

01:29we try not to do it in rehearsals and things like that because never ever ever want that song to feel

01:34done and it just depends on where you're standing and who you're singing it in front of that feeling

01:38that gravity of what you're doing and where you've come uh it changes every time and it still feels just

01:44heavy so i love that song um now looking ahead at 2019 obviously 2018 was huge how are you going

01:50to make 2019 even bigger we got some crazy tours in 2019 we were out with little big town for the

01:54very first part of the year we just announced some more shows with miranda lambert and that

01:58includes marion morris and l king and pistol annie's all on the same ticket and festival season is going

02:02to be a blast but before we do that we got to start record too we have a job to do you have a duty yes

02:09at the end of april we will go in we will rehearse for three days when we feel like we've got the

02:13songs picked out we'll go cut them i love it and now just very briefly um what's inspiring your

02:20music right now and what you're you know starting to bring up i'm trying to read more right now because

02:26that's one of the things that starts to die off when you're touring you don't have time to sit down

02:29and read but the coolest thing that i'm able to be inspired by now is everybody we get to meet

02:33and the stories that you get to hear and if you can just get over yourself for two seconds and

02:37listen to what someone has to say to you even though you're busy if you do a thing

02:40that's where you get to real human connection which is where music comes from and you're going

02:44to be on this like you said powerhouse female tour why is just being a woman in country so

02:50important to you this is a really good time to be a woman in country music and you know like when

02:55there's two chicks at a party and there's a chance that one of them might not like each other

02:58you know it might be like that when you get into country music and it's just not like that women

03:02in country music lift each other up we support each other we're more likely to go into a bar and get a

03:05drink together than we are to try to trip each other up on the carpet you know i love that so

03:09much i love that and you all i want i want to get a drink with everybody actually absolutely

03:13and i just committed to getting a drink together tonight can i come absolutely awesome perfect
