00:22So, and we're gonna hold hands while we do this.
00:24You just got off a 30-day excursion overseas.
00:27Yes.
00:28Tell me a little bit about just what you're doing.
00:30I'll give you your hand back.

00:33We flew Germany to Amsterdam, to Australia, to New Zealand, to Japan, and then home.
00:38We flew 40,000 miles, 20 shows, 32 days.
00:41It was incredible.
00:42We were able to bring country music to a lot of countries that don't get it that often.
00:46And so, I just felt like we planted so many good seeds and we got to see country music fans
00:51where you wouldn't normally think there are a lot of them.
00:54Like, Tokyo is so excited about country music and it's amazing to be able to, you know,
00:59really feel like we're starting a wave there.
01:01That is so cool.
01:02And now you are Best New Artist nominee.
01:04Oh my gosh, I'm so proud of you and excited for you.
01:08Just react to that recognition.
01:10I've been watching the ACMs ever since I was a little girl.
01:13And to walk this carpet as a first-time nominee, it feels so surreal.
01:17I'm just so grateful to be here tonight, to be celebrating with my friends.
01:21And it's going to be such a great night.
01:23Who are you most excited to see perform inside?
01:25My buddies, brothers Osborne and Mary Morris, I know are going to kill it.
01:29As well as this all-girl power hour with Chrissy and Carrie and Maddie and Tay and Mickey and Lauren.
01:35I know they're going to blow the roof off that place tonight.
01:38So, it's going to be good.
01:39Amazing.
01:40And tell me a little bit, new music?
01:42Can we expect anything soon?
01:43Yeah.
01:44Brantley and I are working on What Happens in a Small Town.
01:47We've been so excited.
01:48We just hit top 25.
01:49But right after, I will be releasing new music.
01:51I'm in the studio recording it as we speak.
01:53And I cannot wait for you guys to hear it.
01:55What's been inspiring, the new music?
01:57You know, I've had so much happen in my personal life in the past year and a half.
02:01From dating, to not dating, to health scare, to in and out of the hospital.
02:06So, a lot of that's going to be reflected on this next record.
02:09I feel like I just want to talk about what's going on in my life and fans can identify with that.
