00:00The fifth episode of Quiet On Set was finally released, keeping the spotlight on Dan Schneider
00:04and Brian Peck. The bonus episode, hosted by Soledad O'Brien, dived deeper into the claims
00:09surrounding Schneider and the Nickelodeon series he created and ran. The former prolific kids TV
00:15producer has faced allegations of abuse, sexism, racism, and inappropriate behavior involving
00:21underage stars and crew members on his shows since the release of the two-part docuseries
00:25on March 17th and 18th. He previously responded with a 19-minute apology video. The latest
00:31installment of the doc featured Drake Bell returning after first sharing his story of sexual abuse
00:36at the hands of his Nickelodeon dialogue coach Brian Peck in the original four-part documentary.
00:41Bell commented on former network stars like Ryder Strong, Wilfred L, James Marsden, and other stars
00:47who wrote letters in support of Peck at the time, which were used to influence the judge during
00:52sentencing. I worked with Will on Spider-Man, and there was a lot of opportunity to apologize
00:57or talk about it, and he never did. On Friday, Bell took to X to say that he and Ryder Strong
01:02have now had a conversation. I have nothing but love and forgiveness for him. Bell also cited a lack
01:08of media coverage surrounding Peck at the time of his arrest and for allowing him to continue working
01:13in Hollywood. It allowed him to go to work on other shows, on other kids' shows, other kids' networks
01:18as a registered sex offender. Bell also defended Josh Peck, his co-star on Drake & Josh, who came
01:24under attack on social media platforms for his apparent reaction to Bell's story when it was first
01:29told publicly. I know what it's like to have the internet attack you for really nothing. He had
01:34reached out to me and we'd been talking. Elsewhere in the episode, All That cast member Giovanni
01:38Samuel said that Schneider asked her for a quote of support following her performances on his TV
01:43shows. She refused. And fellow All That alum Brian Christopher Hearn didn't buy Schneider's 19-minute
01:49apology. Dan was an actor before all this, and so I think he brushed off some chops and gave us a nice
01:54performance. For more revelations on the latest episode of Quiet On Set, head to THR.com. And for
